Pros:

We had a pleasant stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very kind. The room was clean, had a nice balcony, and the bathroom was good. Housekeeping came every day to change the towels. We had breakfast one morning, and there was a great selection of food. The metro stations were within walking distance, and the neighborhood was clean and pleasant. Overall, a good place to stay.

Cons:

The hotel was comfortable overall, but the furniture and carpets felt a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. The breakfast had a good selection, but many items were not refilled even though there were still about 30 minutes left before it ended. We also paid for breakfast at the restaurant, and the staff member seemed a bit frustrated, possibly due to issues with the card payment machine.

A Pretty Good Deal for Lisbon
Pros:

Friendly people, great views, nice room, wonderful restaurant on top.
Good groceries stores nearby.

Cons:

Please have a laundry service. I had to wash my clothes in the shower booth.
