東京で泊まるならここ
Pros:

目の前の駐車場が大変安くて、東京値段にしては破格です。
清潔でかなりリーズナブルです。
駅が近いので、電車移動も抜群。

Cons:

Although I had paid and had checked my bags, they "lost" my reservation during my actual check in since I had not given them an expected check in time! I later found the email where they threatened to cancel my reservation in my spam folder if I didn't give them a check in time! They ultimately found it, but was an unpleasant experience since they would not let me check in early! Be careful!

温泉あること。

Cons:

朝食は割高なのに種類も豊富ではなく、美味しかったかと聞かれるとまあまあ

温泉にサウナがないのが欠点

喫煙所がないのが欠点、駅まで徒歩5分歩いていって吸いに行ってくださいと案内された。

部屋の清掃は適当で髪の毛やアメニティセットの中に水溜りがあり清掃ではなくタオル、アメニティセットを元の位置に戻し綺麗に見せかけていた。清掃員は海外の方挨拶しても無視でした。

ホテル最悪でした。

良かったです。
Pros:

たまたまなのかもしれませんが、子供の添い寝があると事前に申請しておいたら、エレベーターは遠くても縁の部屋(子供が寝返りで壁を蹴るため)で、なおかつ電車が見える部屋でした。隣の方に気を遣わずに済みましたし、子供も電車をみて終始ご機嫌でした。

Cons:

風呂やエアコン、すこしにおいが気になりました。我慢できないレベルではないですが、鼻がいいので気になったと思います。
