Restaurant was good. Breakfast was good
Automated check in and check out took some time. Would have been quicker to go to the reception desk and do this with a person

very clean hotel and welcoming people
breakfast is a bit pricy, small rooms
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent: quiet and peaceful, yet convenient for exploring the city. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.
The staff were friendly, although we were a bit surprised that very little English was spoken, even at the reception desk.
The breakfast was tasty, but we were disappointed that the Japanese breakfast had already run out. There was still plenty of European breakfast available, but we would have loved to try the Japanese options. We were told that breakfast was served until 9:00 a.m., yet when we arrived at 8:00 a.m., the Japanese breakfast was already gone.
On the positive side, we had a delicious dinner at the hotel in the evening.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel. A solid 4-star experience.
Basically everything- from the way it smelled to the high level of service and attention, to all of the outdoor spaces and the restaurants.
Nothing.
