I liked the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, I loved the quieter location of Jimbocho and the proximity to underground stations.

Oasis of green calm in Tokyo.
Pros:

Hotel Niwa is an oasis of calm in a busy city. From the trees and water features at the entrance, the roof top garden and communal lounge and even a relaxation room complete with massage chairs and peaceful images showing on screen. The minimalist style of the comfortable, clean room made our stay extra special.

We liked everything.

Goed hotel wat ik zeker aanraad!
Pros:

Hotel Niwa Tokyo was een fantastisch hotel. Alles was goed geregeld, schoon, lekker ontbijt, in de buurt van het station dus helemaal super.

Cons:

Eigenlijk was alles goed, maar als ik iets moet zeggen dan heb ik als enige opmerking dat ik het hotel wel wat formeel vond. Wij zelf houden meer van een ontspannen en gemoedelijke sfeer, maar het hotel kwam wat zakelijk over. Geen enkel probleem want voor de rest was alles goed!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, konnten das Gepäck schon am Vormittag abgeben.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die öffentlichen Bereiche, z. B. Terrasse im obersten Stock oder Lounge sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
