I would not stay there second time.
Pros:

Location is OK, the subway station is not so far.
Breakfast in the cafe near was not a bed, but there was the same menu for 5 days.

Cons:

The staff do NOT speak English and the communication takes a while through mobile phone translator.
The room was really small for 2 people.
The criteria how they discribes the room is complitely different thn in Europe.
It was confusion for us and disappointment when we found the room in reality.

Great location and comfy beds.
Pros:

Near train station. Nice safe area. Comfy beds!

Cons:

Wish they had a larger area to hang out and have coffee. But resturant for breakfast was convenient.

場所がわかりにくく年寄りには大変でした。レストランも想像していたのと違っていて朝食頼まなくてよかったです。
