Staff were very helpful and courteus.
Food was also very good.
The location was good if you had a vehicle. Staff friendly enough comfortable bed.
Rooms could do with a bit of a update. Didnt like paying for carpark after feeling that we paid good money to stay.there i think paying for parking is a bit of a rip off.
The breakfast was amazing and we especially liked that it went on so late we never had to rush to get there in time, the lounge rooms and bar were so cool we took so many pictures and the staff were so kind and helpful! The location was perfect we got to tour Inverness at our leisure and we loved our little walk into town everything was so adorable!

The ladies in reception were absolutely amazing accommodating my daughter’s severe allergies to food and allowing us to eat in the lounge away from the dining room. The staff went above and beyond for us and we were very grateful for their kindness
The room we had was a twin and the beds were softer than we are used to but the linens made up for it. The shower was troublesome as the water sprayed over the floor and up the door which seemed to have happened in the past
Friendly, professional staff provided a warm welcome. Room was excellent. Shower was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent with brilliant quality ingredients which were abundant. Would highly recommend.
Not a lot
Room wasn't that clean curtains hanging off rails. Doors dirty wall all dirty marks on them decor not up to standard for what they charge for .
Very friendly staff and very helpful, didn’t eat in the hotel but what I heard from other guests the food was very good , the room was very clean and a good size with a touch of Scottish flair, the shower room was modern and shower itself was well maintained and the grounds were well maintained, would stay again , also a walk into Inverness centre didn’t take long

Chambre confortable et salle de bain spacieuse.
