Warm, generous and full of character. Big shout out to amazing staff.
Pros:

I visit Inverness frequently to provide some care and support to family. I took a chance with the Craigmonnie and I am so glad I did. The staff on duty and behind bar were amazing, in fact all staff I came into contact with were 1st class.
The Hotel is going through a period of moderation and I can see huge potential as the parts that have been addressed are great. They managed to retain the character of the building with interior decor and lush leather furniture. The modern restaurant serves as the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was amazing value. I will definitely make this a regular place to stay from now on. X

Very nice stay and would recommend.
Pros:

Nice hotel, close enough to walk to downtown Inverness. The restaurant was excellent and I would highly recommend! Left one star out because I had to ask for clean towels and other housekeeping that wasn’t complete.

Felt disappointed and overcharged
Pros:

Location good, staff helpful friendly,

Cons:

Room and decor needed work,
Pool and changing was dirty, bar closed too early
No tv remote, headboard fell off the wall. Room wasn’t like the photos neither was the hotel, expensive for what it was. I didn’t complain to anyone as I didn’t think that would do any good or change anything as we were told
Hotel was full, However probably Not stay here again.
