Séjour et spa très agréable.
Pros:

Le personnel exceptionel très attentif aux besoins des clients.
Le spa très bien equipé et propre.

The junior suite is nice and offers great view of mountain. Spa is exceptional and even offers a natural spring 51 degrees.

Cons:

Zentrale Lage, Zimmer mit Balkon und Aussicht.
Parking nahe Hotel. Rathaus Parkgarage, an der Reception ein Ausfahrtticket verlangen CHF9 pro Nacht.

Cons:

Ich habe wohl übersehen dass die Hotelzimmer nicht im Wellnessgebäude sind.
Hotelreception ist im Wellness.
Enge und überfüllte Garderobe im Wellnessbereich. (Ja, wir hätten im Bademantel die Strasse hinunterlaufen können - es regnete jedoch und fanden es doch zu kalt.)

Good choice for UTMB Trail Race Stay
Pros:

スパとプールが利用できてとても気持ち良かった。朝食も夕食もとても美味しかった。UTMBトレイルマラソンのスタート地点として利用し、レース日は朝早く朝食が食べられないと言ったら、親切にサンドイッチや果物を特別に用意してくれた。

Cons:

ホテルのWifiに初めて繋ぐ時に、SSID接続後に自動的にpasscodeを入力する画面が表示される必要があるが、私も妻も表示されず、数時間の間、接続できなかった。夕食時に、向かいのレストランへ移動して再度試したら画面が開き接続することができた。チェックアウト時に聞いた話しではスマホ再起動でも繋がることがあるらしい。おそらく、どの客も苦労しているはずなので、何を試せば良いか、最初に教えて欲しかった。
