Fantastic room choice , good food:
Pros:

Parking was directly outside entrance which was handy . We booked an executive suite and the views were fantastic , room was basic but comfortable . Both rooms had flat screen tv . Plenty of room I loved my separate bed upstairs and had tea coffee facilities with mints and shortbread (nice touch) . Bathroom was clean with lovely Scottish Fine Soap company products.
Horizon restaurant had spectacular views and was clean , main course was good and dessert very nicely presented. Breakfast not buffet style but individual orders, girls had pancakes and I had cooked breakfast both were very good. Girls enjoyed the amusement room, we didn’t use the gym or pool. Only a few miles from the fair ground . Lovely reception staff.

Cons:

Access to the beach was tricky, having to walk down some very steep hills .

I'm finding excuses to stay there again.
Pros:

Location is amazing, views are stunning. Staff were very welcoming (from reception to the restaurant). The room was huge, and supremely comfortable. Clean, well laid out. Breakfast was huge, good quality and served with a smile. If we stay in the area again, I'll be devastated if we don't manage to get a room here.

Cons:

The only ones letting the team down were the spa/pool staff - not helpful, disinterested and a bit rude. The gym needs a little more care - particularly the rowing machine.

Pros:

Super schöne Unterkunft! Haben sie als Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht genutzt!
Schönes Restaurant, geräumige Zimmer und sogar Pool & Sauna dabei. Personal ist super freundlich

Cons:

Die Bäder hätten etwas sauber und gepflegter sein können. Frühstück ist typisch britisch.

Excellent but need to get with the times on the Netflix on TV but would have been a ten if ?

The Views! Second to none! Staff were very helpful and friendly!

Cons:

Most Hotels have Netflix and Prime Video on TV! Could not cast to telly, if that was fixed it would have been a ten out of ten!

Pros:

Our suite was cute and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the water. The onsite restaurant was good and had a variety of choices. The staff was all very kind.

Cons:

The signs (or actually lack of signs) made the hotel a bit confusing to navigate. The entrance that looks like the main entrance is not, and we had to walk around the building to find where we were to check in.
Also, the website makes it sound as if the exercise facilities are included in the stay, but there is actually a separate charge to use them.

Beautiful stay as always
Pros:

We come here often. We always enjoy our stay! Staff are always welcoming. The food in the restaurant and breakfast is always lovely! Views of the beach are worth the extra to upgrade our room.
Our son is 4 and loves the swimming and the soft play. Entertainment in the evening is also good.

Cons:

When we arrived early we asked if we could use the facilities, however we were told we had to pay for the swimming even although we were going to check in a few hours later.
We have stayed at loads of hotels where we are able to use the facilities on arrival even if we arrive before check in time.
