A very relaxing place to be and staff were excellent
Pros:

the breakfast was fantastic and such a beautiful location to sit and dine in the morning and evening meals,staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very cosy.

Pros:

Great holiday and lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel was lovely. The food was very good. Our sea view rooms were great. The swimming pool and doft play were good. Staff were lovely. Very helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and replenished with plenty of tea coffee biscuits and sweets.

Cons:

One of our party has limited mobility. There is only one room in the hotel which is fully accessible with a shower. All other rooms have a bath with overhead shower. So the member of our party with limited mobility had to wash at the sink every day. The front door to reception had a button to open the door automatically, but it was not working. So I would suggest that the door is repaired and that people with limited mobility make sure they book the fully accessible room.

The best views in Scotland
Pros:

I loved the views from our breakfast table, which was right at the front window, giving us uninterrupted views over the bay. It was a beautiful sunny morning which added to the view.

Cons:

Our balcony didn't offer a very good view over the bay as the vegetation in the garden was a bit dried out and overgrown.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel , goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Als je niet zeker weet dat je een kamer aan de voorzijde hebt , niet gaan. Kamers aan de achterkant grenzen aan parkeerplaats (en trailer park) met veel lawaai etc. Het is al met al meer een motel dan een hotel. Niks leuks aan.

Put in a room next to function room which was hosting a wedding the noise was unbearable and couldn’t sleep Told reception in the morning they should advise guests in future if they are hosting a party

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très prévenant et professionnel. La chambre agréable et spacieuse... Et la vue tout simplement splendide !
Les petits déjeuners étaient très copieux et diversifiés... Nous avons beaucoup aimé !
Le restaurant est aussi très bon... Et la piscine est un petit plus très appréciable !
Merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel pour cet excellent séjour !

Vue incroyable sur la baie
Pros:

Panorama magnifique de la terrasse de la chambre sur la baie avec les bateaux de croisière qui passent. Chambre moderne , spacieuse et confortable. Chambre familiale pour 4. Possibilité de dîner à l’hôtel : repas très bon et avec un bon rapport qualité prix : burger et Apple pie . Petit déjeuner écossais ou continental copieux.
