Die Lage ist traumhaft, das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe in der Altstadt mit Blick auf den Rhein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles war sehr sauber.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Münster. Kein großes Zimmer, aber völlig ausreichend für 1 Nacht, und mit Balkon, von dem man einerseits auf das Münster, andererseits auf den Rhein blicken konnte. Gediegene Ausstattung mit Holz, Teppich und Stoff, teils nicht mehr neu. Gute Betten. Wir haben im Ort gefrühstückt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer nur 2 Steckdosen, beide belegt durch den TV und eine Stehlampe. Dazu 1 Steckdose im Bad, keine USB-Ladebuchse.

Realmente nada me gustó

Cons:

Un hotel de este supuesto nivel, carece de aire acondicionado en todo el recinto y eso en plena ola de calor no se puede soportar. La habitación olía a tabaco y el baño, no estaba sucio pero las piezas manchadas del desgaste. No volveré nunca.

Cons:

Die Receptionistin die bei der Abreise genau 3 Sekunden Stressresistenz zeigte ..als ich erwähnte dass in Zimmer 104 im Bad ein Licht nicht geht und ich es nicht so schön finde wenn in der Nasszelle mit herunterhängendem Tesafilm vermutlich eine fehlende Lüftung oder Feuermelder abgeklebt wurde. Eigentlich nur als Hinweis gemeint aber die Diskussion wurde gleich laut und beschuldigend! Kundendienst und Beschwerdemanagement geht anders und Freundlichkeit kostet nichts!

Great location and excellent staff
Pros:

Really good location, on top of the hill and overlooking the Rhine. Clean rooms and very cosy. Really friendly staff.

Cons:

No air conditioning - but we knew that going. It was very hot though they provided a fan.

Maravilloso Breisach
Pros:

Me toco una habitación con vista al rio Rin. Puedo decir que fue espectacular.

Cons:

El hotel olvidó entregarme la tarjeta de transporte gratuito KONUS, que permite viajar sin coste por Friburgo y gran parte de la Selva Negra. Como consecuencia de este error, tuve que gastar 33 euros en transporte público durante los dos primeros días de mi estancia.

Cuando informé de la situación en la recepción, una de las empleadas insistió en que yo debía haber solicitado la tarjeta al llegar. Le respondí que, como huésped, no tenía por qué conocer de antemano ese beneficio y que es responsabilidad del hotel informar sobre él y entregar la tarjeta en el momento del check-in, siempre que el huésped tenga derecho a ella.

A la final, reembolsaron solo 18 euros, los cuales descontaron de un desayuno al hacer check out.

Hotel meiden, das es komplett renoviert gehört! Haben zwei Zimmer gesehen, aufzahlen müssen, eine Frechheit!
Pros:

Nichts, katastrophal, stimmt mit den Bildern in Booking.com nicht überein! Zimmer riechen schlecht, Teppich in den Zimmer katastrophal, weiters Aufzüge länger defekt, daher das ganze Gepäck selbst in den vierten Stock geschleppt! Bei Affenhitze!

Cons:

Alles! Siehe oben, sind vorzeitig abgereist, ohne Rückerstattung! Leider keine Fotos vorhanden, wegen Hitze und Aufregung vergessen!

Wir kommen nicht wieder

Man hat direkt einen Blick auf den Rhein. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich .

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind alt und abgewohnt. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt nur jeden 2.Tag. Nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch werden die Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben im Restaurant abends gegessen was gut war. Wir hatten Gäste von außen auch zum Frühstück. Und beim Frühstück hatte dann eine Person abgesagt welches dann trotzdem mit 19 Euro berechnet wurde. Bei unserer Reklamation war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr ungehalten und unfreundlich sogar so richtig patzig.
