Incroyable expérience.
Le lieu est parfait pour la détente, au cœur des montagnes. On aime se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux et une vue verdoyante.
Le personnel est au petit soin et dans le respect du calme de chacun.
Notre chambre était tout à fait dans nos attentes avec un service quotidien de nettoyage.
Wifi au top pour ceux qui veulent rester connecter.

Nous recommandons.

Cons:

L'accès au lieu peut en freiner quelques uns (2 accès par la route dont un en travaux une partie de la journée au moment de notre visite). Mais le chemin en vaut largement le détour.

Pros:

Fabulous location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional and beautifully cooked.
The single beds we were in were comfy.

Cons:

The room was quite rustic and a bit basic (room 9). Some of the other rooms may well have been bigger.
We would have liked a bottle of water & glasses in our room.

Zimmer sind spärlich ausgestattet und in die Jahre gekommen und besonders die Bäder sollten mal renoviert werden, bei unserem Zimmer war das Türblatt beschädigt und wurde gespachtelt, offene Stromleistungen am Fernseher.

Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, wie es bei booking mit Bildern beschrieben war.

Die Frühstückszeit ab 9 Uhr ist sehr spät und weicht von der angegebenen Zeit bei booking (8:30 Uhr) ab

Das Frühstück ist generell ausreichend, aber wenig abwechslungsreif und wird nicht aufgefüllt. Wir kamen am zweiten Tag etwas später zum Frühstück. Das Obst war leer und wurde in der anschließenden Zeit nicht aufgefüllt.
Beim Frühstück ist ein Ei inklusive, jedes weitere kostet 2,50 Euro. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück ist nicht inklusive und muss extra bezahlt werden.

Wenn man vor 8:30 Uhr abreist, bekommt man nur dann ein Frühstückspaket, wenn es extra bezahlt wird (10,50€) Obwohl es bereits bezahlt ist.

Vor Ort haben wir einen Zettel mit Informationen bekommen und mussten feststellen, dass das a la Carte Restaurant geschlossen ist und nur ein 3 Gänge Menü für 45 Euro bestellt werden kann. Ich möchte nicht jeden Abend ein Menü essen.
Solche Informationen sollten vorher bekannt gegeben werden!

Mit Kombacher Fahnen an der Terrasse sollen scheinbar Rennradfahrer angesprochen werden. Dadurch wirkt die Unterkunft eher wie ein Gasthof mit Fremdenzimmern.

Wir bekamen eine falsche Rechnung für die Tourismusabgabe. Für ein gebührenfreies Kind wurde der volle Preis berechnet. Dazu wurde bei alle Personen der Hauptsaisonpreis berechnet. Statt 3,30 Euro sollten wir 19,80 Euro zahlen.
Nachdem es bei der Besitzerin darauf angesprochen wurde, gab es nicht etwa eine Entschuldigung, sondern fadenscheinige Argumente, weshalb die Rechnung doch richtig sei. Anscheinend von der Nachfrage genervt, sollten wir dann nichts mehr zahlen.
Man sollte hier offensichtlich genauer hinschauen.

Pros:

Eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage im Tramuntana Gebirge. Ein sehr schönes kleines Landhotel im Dorf Orient. Ich hatte Geburtstag und es gab ein Glas Sekt zum Frühstück am Kamin. Zum Abendessen bestellten wir ein 3 Gänge Menü , im zugehörigen Restaurant Es Freu , was außergewöhnlich lecker war !
Es gibt eine wunderschöne Terasse und einen tollen großen Pool .

Ein Juwel inmitten traumhafter ursprünglicher mallorquinischer Landschaft. Spitzenküche.
Pros:

Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr aufmerksam, flexibel, stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Außerdem super ortskundig und vielsprachig. Das Dorf Orient ist ruhig und schön. Von hier aus lassen sich gut Touren in die Tramuntana unternehmen.

Cons:

Das Haus hat eine schöne Atmosphäre. Im Esszimmer brennt oft der Kamin (zur Osterzeit), so dass das leckere Frühstück und das hervorragende Abendessen in besonderem Ambiente stattfinden.
