Pros:

The reception staff went above and beyond when I checked my friends in for there over night stay for there wedding night.

Cons:

The night my friends got to the hotel, they where asked for payment which I had paid in full the day before when I dropped them an overnight bag off, then the following morning the hotel called me at 7.10 to ask for payment!!
After going through the story they actually found my payment and apologised for the call.
Rather embarrassing for both my friends on there wedding night and for me the morning after.

A good overnight business stay, will definitely use again
Pros:

First time at this hotel and was really pleased with my choice. Didn’t get off to the best of starts as the TV in my room wasn’t working, but having just arrived and not used anything it was quickly resolved by the receptionist, she was so kind and moved me to another room. Room was bright and spacious with nice decor. Bathroom was really good too with a brilliant shower, something I always judge rooms on. Had read reviews about the great food and boy were they spot on. Had the steak pie which I had to wait 30minutes on, as it’s made fresh, but it was worth every second of that wait!!!! Wow!!! Breakfast was good too, served quickly and nice and warm. Will definitely use again as I’m in the area every 5 weeks..

We enjoyed our stay, the food in the evening was excellent, great decoration in bar area.
Pros:

Comfy bed, nice size shower and bathroom

Cons:

Breakfast could have been till 9:30 which would have given us a bit more time. Need air con in bedrooms as quite hot at night. Fire doors need a magnetic closure that operates in the event of a fire as it was difficult to get through with a wheelchair. Problems with key entry as many people were also struggling with keys which randomly stopped working.

Excellent nights stay and sleep
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Too late for breakfast so went to the cafe next door which was excellent. Couldn’t find the hairdryer but should have asked at reception.

Cons:

Would have been nice if a small fridge was in the room to keep our bottled water in as it was very hot

Pros:

Great location, not far from the motorway. Lady that checked us in was pleasant. Room was very nice had the family room. Kids loved the bunk beds. Double bed was comfortable to. The toilet and shower area was very modern. We did not use the cafe or restaurant but next time we are traveling down or back from down South will give it s try.

Cons:

Can't fault the hotel.
