Habitación y baño grande

Cama matrimonio pequeña
Habitación llena de mosquitos y polillas
Servicio bar pésimo (para pedir 1 zumo de mango y un cóctel tuvimos que ir a la recepción. Al final lo conseguimos y nos cobraron 17€)

Breakfast and dinner was fantastic

Cons:

Ac was not efficient , the climate was very hot
The water supplies for WC was faulty multiple times due to some malfunction

Номер большой с видом на море, как и заказывал. Кровати удобные. Уборка каждый день. Снэк-бар в бассейне хороший, особенно рекомендую пиццу. Персонал вежливый и общительный!

Just a short stay but still a good experience especially the acees to the dead sea.

Our stay was average from property perspective but staff made up for it with their friendliness and welcoming nature.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, very helpful and kind and caring. Location was nice.

Cons:

The pool we wanted to use was not accessible, were told only used for special functions. Overall the hallways looked a bit run down. The beds were not very comfortable. Floor level balcony sliding door would not lock!
The property could use a bit of an update and renovations.

Pros:

In the 1st place I was touched by the kindness and support of all the staff in all the areas of the hotel.

Cons:

The coffee bar was not available. The pools could be cleaner. The area next to the sea should be fixed and look more presentable.

ممتازة و خدمات جيدة و مرافق جيدة استمتعنا و غيرنا جو و شكرا كثر لكم
