Dead Sea Spa Hotel

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre est de bonne taille mais vétuste. Le souci, c’est que nous avons eu la fête tous les soirs avec musique à fond et projecteurs sur la façade jusqu’à minuit. La journée, musique à fond aussi à la piscine: cigarettes écrasées sur le bord, canettes dans la piscine, bref c’était vraiment très sale. Sans compter qu’on a eu le droit à des réflexions parce qu’on allait acheter des produits de la mer morte à l’usine et pas à l’hôtel. La plus grande piscine n’existe pas et le centre dermatologie que est fermé…

The swimming pools close at 6:30 pm that is really sad and it should be posted on your booking, we paid for breakfast and dinner packages for dinner we got Charged $3 per soft drink and got charged for water bottles that's another thing that should be mentioned at booking that your dinner does not include drinks or water. The rooms were not up to the grade of pay that we paid for. There was no towels at pool side both nights that we stayed there.

We booked a night instead of a day pass because we have 2 toddlers and wanted to take our time and relax before driving back the hour and a half to Amman where we are staying for our trip to Jordan. As soon as they give us our room key after checking in we head to the elevators they directed us towards and while walking there suddenly it got really hot. Half the hotel has ac the other doesn’t. We hoped it was just the lobby and once we got to our floor and room it would be working. We got to our room it’s extremely hot in there, hotter than outside. The curtains are closed and we immediately turn on the ac to the lowest setting to get it to cool down. Fast forward.. it never cools down. 2 hours after checkin we realize this is never cooling down the ac doesn’t work only the fan is working, so we decide to get a hold of management (they do not answer when we use the phone in the room to call down so we had to go down and speak in person) and let them know so we can change rooms to one with a working ac. They tell us they will send a technician to check the ac out. He comes and looks around.. then gaslights us into saying it’s working you just need to give it time and it’s hot because outside is really hot… what? It was at least 90 degrees Fahrenheit in that room after the ac has supposedly been running for over 2 hours. We wait another hour but nothing gets better so we go down to speak with them again to have our room change because there’s no way we can sleep there with our two small kids we would suffocate, it would be better sleeping outside. Shocker.. they refuse to switch our rooms. We head back to pack our things because it’s literally not possible to sleep there. When we get back inside there’s a spider on the bed. Honestly it’s just a mess of a supposed hotel. No ac, dirty, horrible customer service. We contacted booking.

Food, rooms, bathrooms, swimming pool not clean, very old furnitures, room service very bad

We booked half board but at the dinner they didn't offer any kind of drinks keep in mind it was an open buffet. At the room there's 2 small bottles of water when the room serves cleaned the room they asked for money to but another bottles of water
