Disappointing. Basic with disinterested staff.
Pros:

Not a lot. The breakfast server was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The receptionist was slow, and monosyllabic: like a robot. We were given a room overlooking a building site rather than over the park. The room was basic. We were charged 25 euros for our small dog for whom no facilities were provided, and 18 euros for using the car park: both charges seem excessive.
