Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel hat für uns eine gute Lage. Es ist ein schönes Gebäude mit hübschem Innenhof. Trotz
der Lage am Gürtel ist es sehr ruhig sobald man den Innenhof betritt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit viel Obst und frisch gemachten Eierspeisen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Basic hotel
Pros:

Close to tram/train station

Cons:

* I didn't like the open in-room shower, the room temperature is not nice for taking shower.
Normal bathroom with doors would be much more appreciated,
* Basic breakfast,
* if you arrive in the evening there can be problem with finding english spaking person, reception is closed, and only nearby restaurant can give you the key,

Die Fabrik als Gebäude und ihre Nutzung als Hotel und Restaurant
Zum Frühstück wurden Eierspeisen individuell zubereitet
Hervorheben möchte ich aber den sehr angenehmen Umgang der Angestellten mit den Gästen.

Cons:

Ich wusste, dass am Wochenende Rezeption und Restaurant geschlossen sind. Bei Dunkelheit angekommen, fand ich die Atmosphäre dann aber schon eher unangenehm, zumal weder Getränke noch Essen erhältlich sind. Immerhin bietet ein Tankstellenshop in nächster Nähe Getränke und gute Sandwiches an.
Von Montag bis Freitag würde ich die Fabrik jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gute Ausgangsbasis für Stadterkundungen
Pros:

Ein Geheimtipp für einen Aufenthalt in Wien. Hotel befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Fabrikgebäude: Die Idee wurde sehr erfolgreich umgesetzt. Eine Unterkunft mit Alleinstellungsmerkmal, das schon beim Betreten des Innenhofs sehr einladend wirkt. Dort auch sehr gute Gaststätte mit gutem Angebot (Schnitzel und der beste Kartoffelsalat von Wien).
Schöne Zimmer, freundlicher Service: Empfehlung!

Sauberes Hotel mit super Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sehr sauber, ob das Zimmer, der Frühstücksraum oder das gesamte Haus!
Super gutes Frühstück, nie zuviel, wird immer frisch aufgefüllt. Mit Liebe serviert.
Super Ausgangslage mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Cons:

Im Zimmer alles offen: Dusche, Schrank (ungewohnt).
Trotzdem auch hier alles sauber und praktisch.

Geborgen in Wien
Pros:

Ideale Basis für den Wien-Besucher. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Man betritt das Hotel über einen Innenhof, in dem noch der alte Schornstein der Fabrik steht, geht am Restaurant mit Außenterrasse vorbei und gelangt dann ins Gebäude zur Rezeption. Bis 1975 gab es hier noch eine Textilfabrik, dann stand das Gebäude längere Zeit leer. Dann erfolgte die erfolgreiche Umgestaltung in ein Hotel, das mit seinem besonderen Flair begeistert. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit allem nötigen Komfort. Tolles Frühstück, insbesondere das Omelett! Das bereits erwähnte Restaurant ist Teil dieser "Homebase". Man kann auf der attraktiven, überdachten Außenterrasse hervorragend speisen, vor allem das Schnitzel und der Kartoffelsalat seien hier empfohlen. Außerdem ist dieser Ort ideal, um abends nach der Stadtwanderung den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Hier könnte ich mir sogar einen wochenlängen Aufenthalt vorstellen, so schön ist es hier.

Ordentliches Hotel für eine Städtereise ok
Pros:

Lage gut für eine Städtereise - 5 min. zur ÖPNV, Zimmer ok, sauber, Frühstück ist ok mit Luft nach oben (frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen Top), Restaurant gut - aber nur Mo. bis Fr. geöffnet, Preis / Leistung ok.

Cons:

Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten - vor allem im Bad, die Bar ist entgegen der Angabe geschlossen - lapidarer Verweis auf das Restaurant, das hat aber Sa./ So. zu.

A really nice hotel in a living multicultural part of Vienna not far from Schönbrunn
Pros:

Our room was what to expect in a Vienna hotel.
The breakfast was really good, there is an "egg man" so take your time to enjoy the breakfast.
A 5 minute walk to the nearest U-bahn that takes you in to city center in 10 minutes,

Cons:

We visited Vienna in the end of September and beginning of October, and the weather was really good with rather high temperatures. The first night the AC worked, but not the second night, probably because management decided 1:st of October is "winter" and not needed anymore.
The problem is that the hotel is located under the flight path to and from the airport, and the planes make noice. So the window needs to be shut. Hence the missing of AC function
