Amazing little hotel, perfect views, excellent location
Pros:

Amazing little hotel. Pics don’t do it justice. Great views of the sea, gorgeous pool, five mins from beach club, 15 mins from town centre. Hosts were perfect, couldn’t do enough for me x

La gentillesse de la famille, toujours au petits soins a veiller à ce que nous manquons de rien et avec sans cesse de délicates attention, un grand merci pour votre accueil chaleureux. La piscine, l'emplacement avec agios accessible à pieds. Les bons plans des propriétaires pour les restaurants et autres. Le jardin avec une multitude de terrasse au milieu des plantes. Le studio simple mais propre et fonctionnel.

Cons:

Rien à part les moustiques mais ça ils n’y peuvent rien ils nous équipe de toutes sortes de produits et techniques pour limiter les piqûres.

Amazing peaceful stay, we loved it!!!
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay in hotel Eliza, it is beautiful inside and out and has a peaceful and warm energy. It is perfectly located for relaxing while also being close to the town. Walking along the water both ways you find beautiful beaches and there are many lovely restaurants. Eliza helped us find everything we were looking for! She and her parents are super welcoming and friendly people and they made our stay very special. I can recommend this place to everyone and hopefully I will be back one day!

Deliziosa struttura familiare, con un bel giardino, diverse casette, una gatta dolcissima che viene a salutare con discrezione e in capo a tutto Eliza, donna vitale e generosa. Al mio arrivo, vedendomi spersa (era già buio), mi ha portato con sé a fare il giro della città, spiegandomi tutto l'essenziale e consegnandomi preziose e ormai rare mappe cartacee. Alla mia partenza, mi ha regalato un braccialetto fatto da suo padre, che pure ho conosciuto. Ho dormito benissimo, in un monolocale su misura per me.

Cons:

Considerate una ventina di minuti per andare a piedi in città. Non è molto ed è più facile di quel che sembra al primo sguardo, ma se dovete andare e venire più volte nella giornata conviene munirsi degli orari del bus.

The grounds are beautiful, it has a pool, parking, pet friendly. There are many areas to sit outside and have your coffee or drinks and an amazing view. The rooms were charming and well equipped. It is well located in Agios Nikolaos in a quiet neighborhood and right across from a small beach and very close to one of our favorite places we ate (Kri Kri) and our favorite coffee shop (Drop). The best thing about this place is the hospitality of the owners. Eliza welcomes you with a big smile and makes sure you have everything you need. You can have frappes with George in the morning and it’s a lovely experience.

A beautiful tranquil oasis
Pros:

The hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful, Eliza pointed out all the best restaurants and beaches and they did not disappoint. Beautiful mature shady garden with views and a pool. The frappé coffee was a lovely touch
