Excellent séjour, Séville est une vile magnifique où je reviendrai avec plaisir pour tout visiter
Pros:

J'ai aimé qu'il soit bien situé les visites étaient accessibles à pied, la chambre était suffisamment grande pour nous 2, nous avons apprécié la piscine même si elle était petite. La personne à l'accueil était sympa et compétent et les informations par WhatsApp très claires et utiles.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus diversifié, il n'y avait pas de thé noir en sachet ni de citron. Sinon c'était copieux

Me gustó la tranquilidad que transmite y lo acogedor que es.

Cons:

No encuentro nada que no me gustase.

Quizás la "incomodidad" de tener que cruzar de edificio para ir a la piscina, aunque en el centro de Sevilla teniendo en cuenta el tamaño de los edificios antiguos, es lo más lógico.

Me hubiera gustado algún espejo de cuerpo entero y una buena iluminación en los espejos, pero no me resulta imprescindible.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht

Es war nicht gut! Der Kundenservice war mehr als nur schlecht, seine eigenen Hotel gestern auch damit zu erpressen, dass man wieder seine teure Brille zurück nach Deutschland geschickt bekommt. Sehr schade.

Cons:

Leider war es sehr schade wir haben eine 500 € teure Lesebrille im Hotel liegen lassen und haben das Hotel über mehrere Wochen gebeten, uns die Brille doch zuschicken zu lassen. (Auf eigene Kosten ) Nachdem wir endlich soweit waren, dass man bereit war uns zu helfen, wollte man dann noch eine hohe Summe von uns haben als Aufwandsentschädigung dafür, dass man uns die Brille nach Deutschland schickt. Sehr unhöflich sehr unfreundlich. Wir sind sehr traurig darüber drüber, dass wir ja unsere sehr teure Brille leider nicht mehr vom Hotel wiederbekommen werden. Für mich ist das absolut kein guter Kundenservice und uns dann auch noch finanziell aus quetschen zu wollen, damit wir eine Brille bekommen, auf die wir angewiesen sind, in der eine bestimmte stärke drin ist da man man eine Augenkrankheit hat. Das hat leider den kompletten Aufenthalt negativ wirken lassen. Sauberkeit war okay Ausstattung war nicht so gut. Ich kann das Apartment leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Es war laut, es war unruhig. Nachts haben versucht, andere Leute in unsere Türe reinzukommen. Also nie wieder.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente, en todo el centro de Sevilla y tiene muchos bares para desayunar bie cerca de la estancia.

Cons:

El gel/champú que te ponen en la habitación es de muy mala calidad, recomiendo que se lleven el suyo porque este jabón no hace ni espuma si quiera.

Cons:

la qualité du PDJ était douteuse, sol et vaisselle sale, et le choix de la nourriture minimal.
Nous avions une personne en chaise roulante et cette personne a dû descendre de la chaise pour pouvoir grimper les 6 marches d'accès à l'établissement car le personnel n'a pas permis d'utiliser le monte fauteuil.
La toute petite piscine était très sale.

Pros:

El lavabo és ampli i comfortable, l'habitació i els llits són còmodes i pel preu és correcte.

Cons:

El noi que ens va atendre quan vam arribar va ser molt poc comunicatiu, li havíem de preguntar tot nosaltres.
La zona de la piscina està molt deixada, les fotos enganyen.

L’emplacement, la petite piscine sur le toit, la petite terrasse de la chambre, la literie confortable

Cons:

Mauvais wifi du coup la télé ne fonctionnait pas, literie pas propre (draps de protection du matelas jaune et avec des cheveux !!), cafetière qui ne fonctionnait pas, personnel peu arrangeant et communiquant alors que nous avons rencontré un problème (n’a pas répondu à une demande de dédommagement)
