Eve went beyond the call of duty for me
Pros:

I want to let management know how wonderful Eve was last night (7/19). I had an issue with my AC and she very politely moved me to an upgraded room and brought me a cart and my new room key. She went up and BEYOND what any desk agent would do. I am currently a lifetime titanium Marriott member and now will be considering coming back to Hilton because of her. Please reward her accordingly. Thank you

Pros:

Chef Kadher at the Omelette bar makes this a 5 star experience! He is so lovely and makes the best egg white omelettes! Rooms are spacious, clean and bright! Staff are all lovely and welcoming. Wish there was some green space like an outdoor courtyard.

Pros:

Great location in Downtown Denver. Very walkable area. Room was clean and fine. Breakfast and manager's late-afternoon snacks and drink event was excellent. Great coffee in room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Property is a bit dated and it shows. In the two room suite, one room has a big window and is well lit. The other room that is inside is a bit dark. Lighter-colored carpets could probably fix this.

I came along with a delegation from Hawai’i. We arrived at the same time as thousands of other delegates and yet we received so much care and were made to feel like we were the only people there. Big shoutout to Ethan who was especially caring, thoughtful, and professional.

Pros:

Here at the Embassy Suites, from the first day I checked into room it was a horrible experience. The room had an awful smell and there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous guess. Also the microwave was also dirty with the plate again from previous guess. Although the guest desk were very polite the experience has not been good. The space is huge in the suites, but the furniture along with the carpet is very outdated and not clean. I would not recommend.

Great staff
Pros:

Went in on a tricky situation with bookings through different intervening groups, needs for neighboring rooms and more. Cora and Apoorva were tremendously helpful and patient!
