Great location, reasonable price, great breakfast and late-afternoon snack and drinks event.
Pros:

Great location in Downtown Denver. Very walkable area. Room was clean and fine. Breakfast and manager's late-afternoon snacks and drink event was excellent. Great coffee in room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Property is a bit dated and it shows. In the two room suite, one room has a big window and is well lit. The other room that is inside is a bit dark. Lighter-colored carpets could probably fix this.

Cons:

The key card didn’t work and wasted my time going up and down 3 times and I booked a 2 queen beds , I got one queen bed so I had to sleep on the pull out sofa which isn’t comfortable at all. They gave me another room but it was occupies so I had to go back to my original room. That was a waste of my time

Pros:

Good location in Downtown Denver. A stone's throw from the Convention Center and other places one may be visiting Denver for. Great breakfast (with an omelette station), and late afternoon manager's reception that includes two adult beverages and snacks. Friendly staff.

Cons:

A bit dated property. Two rooms: "outer" bedroom had sufficient light streaming in from the window, but the inner room was dark despite all the lights in the room.
