Pros:

I didn't like they charge $65.00 a night for parking and don't tell you. they just offer the valet and $65.00 for every night was charged to my card without my knowledge.

Cons:

parking way to expensive for guest already paying for a room.

Pros:

Loved the room, great location for work or leisure. Loves the ease with which to move around the hotel. The facilities were to a good standard, but the kids love the pool so don't expect a work out.

Staff were nice the room was clean. Definitely a great work location and close to the conference center. The hotel manager drinks were a nice touch at 1700.

Cons:

We had issues operating the room temperature control. The breakfast seemed to have too many people. I would choose the self park option for your car to make the most out of the parking for cost. But it's is better than some carparking options than other hotels.

The mountain view was a bit squed on our side of the building. If you can get a west facing room.

It’s quite an old hotel and could do with being modernised, also the breakfast was disappointing, ingredients seemed low quality

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Denver, whether for business or leisure
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and truly made me feel pampered throughout my stay. I was especially touched by the effort the hotel made to celebrate my birthday and make the occasion feel special. The room and facilities were of a very high standard, and everything was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained.

Cons:

I would suggest a bit more flexibility with the happy hour schedule, perhaps offering it later in the evening. I would also appreciate a wider selection of sweet breakfast items, as the current options felt somewhat limited.
