Стандартный номер. Удобная кровать и постельное белье.

Cons:

Ресепшен- предложили внести депозит в 1,5 раза больше цены проживания, о нем ничего не было сказано на сайте. Не вкусный завтрак, нет европейской еды, очень сильно разбавленны фреши. В ванной прибиты средства для душа к стене - нет возможности принять ванную с моющими средствами. Сама ванная очень неудобная - сложно вылезти.

A great stay at the Sheraton Guangzhou!
Pros:

The room was perfectly comfortable — the air conditioning was just right, and the bed and pillows were wonderfully cosy. The breakfast was impressive with plenty of variety.

A special thank you to the lovely girl at the front desk who made our check-in feel truly welcoming. The hotel staff also surprised my little son with a small teddy bear during our stay — such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience memorable.

The location is fantastic — top shopping malls are right on the doorstep, and the wonderful Guangzhou Zoo is just a short trip away, making it an ideal base for families.

Highly recommend!

Super tolle Lage

Cons:

Wifi eine Katastrophe und insgesamt 4x an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben, dass ich nicht vernünftig arbeiten kann. Problem bestand weiterhin und niemand ist erschienen um das Problem zu beheben

Pros:

Хороший отель всем известной мировой сети. Завтраки - самое лучшее начало дня. Разнообразие выпечки, блюд из яиц, фруктов, салатов, а также китайской кухни - способствовало высокой оценке данного отеля. Номерной фонд видно что устарел, да и сам климат Гуанчжоу не способствует высокому сохранению "товарного вида". В номере присутствовал запах сырости, сам дизайн комнаты - из начала и середины 10-х годов. Персонал приветливый!!! Лучший персонал который я встречал.

Cons:

Бассейн и сауна. Это общедоступные зоны отеля, по этому они и самые слабые места отеля. В бассейне находил полупустые бутылки воды, что удивило, в самой сауне было не очень приятно сидеть, есть ощущения не постоянной уборки.
