Overall very good
Pros:

Breakfast was really good but more hot western options like scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage on the buffet would be good. Also sausage is available to order from the menu but what you get is actually more like a hot dog. Traditional Breakfast style pork sausage would be great!

Cons:

I wish the hotel had on site laundry. The laundry is offsite which causes the price to be quite high.

Spacious room with good location
Pros:

The property is quite dated, however the room is with very good size , which equal to a suite. May need some upgrades. With the price it’s considered quite reasonable

The bed mattress is sunken and they topped with another foam which made it worse. Breakfast is nice

Pros:

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで素晴らしい。このホテルの設備は良くないが、スタッフ努力で何とか運営されている。　朝ごはんはオーダーバイキングで温かい料理が提供され種類は多い、が美味しくない。。　一方で、敷地内にある日本食レストラン蟻月のレベルが高い。スタッフはきめ細やかな対応で、本物の日本食が味わえる。　イタリアンレストランは、雰囲気がよく味は普通だがシニア男性スタッフの対応が横柄で好感を持てない。

Cons:

1305の部屋をアサインされた。老朽化は否めない。エアコンは故障しカビ臭い。一晩我慢したが、服や髪の毛がカビ臭くなった。にも関わらず芳香剤でごまかし修理せずに放置されていた。ハウスクリーニング後の雑巾が洗面台に放置され、更に悪臭。エアコンが故障し蒸し暑い。こんなところに客を宿泊させるのかと呆れていると、トイレの水が流れずトラブル続き。さすがに部屋の変更を申し出ると、芳香剤スプレーをまくとのこと。そんなレベルではないので断るとすぐに部屋変更対応はしてくれた。　長い間仕事で一年の内半分をホテルで過ごしているがこれほど酷い経験は他にはない。
