Pros:

God morgenmad. Fine værelser. Vi var heldige at blive opgraderet. Vi havde tre værelser og alle værelser var fine. Meget venlig personale. Hyggeligt og god key West stemning. Vi har boet her to gange nu og kommer gerne igen.

Cons:

Det ligger et stykke fra Duval street. Man kan sagtens gå.

La atencion en la recepcion fue una experiencia espectacular, la persona que nos atendio nos hizo sentir muy comodos, fue muy atenta y muy amable en todo momento. de verdad que me volveria a quedar aqui y lo recomendaria al 100%, la habitacion super limpia, muy amplia y muy bonita

Ótima opção, custo benefício muito bom!
Pros:

Limpeza, café da manhã, atendimento e em especial minha gratidão às atendentes que não lembro o nome, mas uma era Jamaicana e a outra era da República Tcheca, atendimento fantástico!
Elas estavam na recepção às 14h quando chegamos.
Os demais também foram eficientes, mas chamou atenção a dedicação a mais das duas

Pros:

O hotel é lindo, surpreendeu pelo atendimento, limpeza e as instalações. Café da manhã simples mas muito gostoso ( e tem café quente o dia todo disponível na recepção)

The property was very well maintained, the rooms where very clean and housekeeping was great. The continental breakfast was good with fresh made omelets. The pool was great; pool area and pool were very clean.

Will not return there
Cons:

2 elevatora, 1 not working the other across the paeking lot. We were on the second floor and I am diabled. Elevator 2 was not working properly, 3 times we had to go to the office someone came and he said the elevator door was not working , would not close all the way so elevator would not work. Office person ran up the stairs to do something to the door so it ran until the next person took it up and then it was stuck again.I asked to give us a room on the first floor, i nneeded a sofa for me and a bed for the other person. was told they only have a room with one king bed, which would not nwork for me.
