Posizione, camera discretamente ampia ottimo vasca/doccia, staff cortese, piuttosto pulito

Pros:

AC available and elevator which is a must when you’re carrying luggage around. Staff was incredible and location was great. Room is on smaller size but manageable. Bathroom did not have a lock

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Great air conditioning and easy to control in room. Location is great if you want to be near La Madeleine and a great metro line only 3 stops from Gare de Lyon.
The downside is in our particular room there were facilities issues with the key holder inside the door that allows power to the room came off the wall/was not on well and to put it back on to keep power on; it was a bit touch and go. And in the shower there were as an issue. But otherwise, which may well have been room specific issues, it was a very good place to stay.

Facile d’accès depuis la gare de Lyon
Pros:

L’accueil était très agréable et sympa. Nous avons été surclassé à notre arrivée et l’emplacement de l’hôtel était près de tout. La déco de l’établissement.

Cons:

La caution demandée de 100€ alors que Booking ne l’indique pas. Nous avions une machine à café dans la chambre mais pas de capsules de café.

Très bon petit-déjeuner.
Chambre sur cour silencieuse, un peu petite mais c'est Paris. Hôtel à recommander sans hésitation.

Great location for getting around, not so great for getting a good nights sleep.
Pros:

Hotel staff were very helpful and always greeted you in the morning and when you would come back during the day. Room was sufficient size for location in Paris. Good location close to many sites.

Cons:

Most nights between 2 am - 4 am there was a lot of noise outside the room from rowdy people outside the hotel. One of the rooms did not have air con that worked well so it was very hot in the bathroom.

Trop chouette , merci pour l’attention et l’accueil.
Pros:

L’accueil très attentif, une vraie présence d’accompagnement si besoin, la possibilité de bénéficier de l’hôtel une fois la chambre libérée ( garde de bagages et espaces d’attente confort +), le confort des couchages , le calme et la climatisation. Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Paris et accès ligne 14.
