Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the location was central. The bed was comfortable and there was an espresso machine in the room, the breakfast was nice, mostly cold apart from eggs and hot dogs.

Cons:

There was not enough space for stuff in the room, it needs some hangers, corner shelving. It would have been better to have warm pastries at breakfast. No staff mentioned the spa so unsure if it was available.

Pros:

Excellent stay, but keep the elevator layout in mind
I had a wonderful stay here. The location is top-notch—seconds away from Old Town Square and within walking distance of all the main sights. My room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Prague.

Cons:

One important note for travelers: The elevator stops between floors (mezzanine). If you have mobility challenges or are traveling with very heavy luggage, you will still need to navigate a few steps to get to your door. If that isn't an issue for you, this place is absolutely perfect!
