I was awaken by a jacket hammer from a floor above at around 9 or so
Front desk during checkout didn't seem to care..
Price for the room was good. I'm in Albuquerque at least twice a month.
First time at this hotel..
Not sure if I'll stay in the future

Pros:

The property did not have my reservation and blamed it on Booking.com and they gave me a letter stating the cancellation that was done by Booking.com, which had the wrong confirmation number. So in my understanding, the property made the blunder and by the time they rectified it it took forever. They thought they were doing me a favor by somehow getting me a room. Except the manager, the other receptionist was not friendly. He had a serious look and was Kurt in his conversation. This whole experience was not worth the stay and that’s why I have filed a complaint to get a discount on my stay. Very poor management.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. After being told to leave our room for two hours so the air could be cleaned, we returned to discover nothing had been done. So, maintenance asked us to leave for another 40 minutes & they sprayed our room with cucumber air freshener.
