Met all expectations!
Pros:

The bed was supper comfortable. The hallways and elevators were clean and in excellent condition. I did not get to try the breakfast as I already had other plans for breakfast.

Cons:

Honestly, I cannot think of anything that I did not like about the hotel or my stay. Everything was fantastic.

Pros:

the privacy qnd how everyone was super nice. we never been here before and we will definitely book again :) everyone was super nice. I used to be a housekeeping manager and id say the rooms were excellent.

Cons:

would like to know how much the it would be for them to park our truck because no one told us how much it would be and we got charged $59.94 for parking. we understand that prices are posted but the price was no clear because it said parking price between 40 and 55 bucks.

Hyatt quality doesn't disappoint
Pros:

Great location, central to museums, stadiums, and restaurants. Hyatt quality shines through here. I opted to prepay park a very short walk across the street next to Midnight Diner. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Pros:

No hot water, flickering lights, not approved charges on bill, unwillingness to assist with digital key issues - valet was good up until needing to check car out to drive home - 30 minute wait time with being #1 on spot
