Pros:

Darius at the front desk was awesome! Super friendly!

Would stay again if a/c was fixed.
Pros:

Location was perfect for attending a event at the Specturm center. The breakfast was really nice and tasted great.

Cons:

The A/C in the lobby was out completely. They had fans every where. The room itself was hot. We both woke up sweating in the middle of the night. We set the unit to 65 and it was not cooling off.

Everything was awesome

Cons:

The lobby area was hot but the air out in that area only. Staff was amazing and made everyone as comfortable and possible of course that was out of their control

The staff were great but the hotel was just okay.
Pros:

Staff was really great…very friendly.

Cons:

The AC was off in the lobby/bar/dining area during our entire stay. We skipped breakfast because of it. We felt terrible for the employees.

Overall it was a wonderful stay!
Pros:

Great service and cleanliness of the whole hotel.Darius checked us in and was super helpful and friendly, couldn't have asked for better service! We loved it was walking distance to where we were going.

Cons:

The lobby was extremely hot with fans and only one bartender for the bar and grill. Room was nice and clean but needed a fan in there as the ac said 67 degrees but did not feel that way.

Pros:

The property was close to the venue, it’s right next door to the spectrum center so I understand the price of the room and it’s in front of a restaurant that’s open 24 hours so we were able to get a pretty decent meal after the show, so it’s worth the money for the convenience

Cons:

The room is great but the furniture was outdated and in some areas there is damage to the room from normal wear and tear but overall it was a great experience

Would not stay again. Had to wait 2 hours in lobby to check in.
Pros:

The bed was comfy.

Cons:

Waited almost 2 hours to check in. They didn’t have our room ready until 6:30. Check in was supposed to be at 3. And the pullout couch had dirty sheets on it. We had to change them ourselves.

The place was nice, and staff was great. The owner should do more maintenance and inspections of his hotel.
Pros:

The bar and location was nice

Cons:

I didn’t like that they only offered valet parking. I booked my room and when I got there the AC was broke which the refunded me $100 of my first night which was fine, the maintenance guy Nathan was exceptional, he did everything he could to help and even brought us multiple fans.
