Had a great breakfast and the room was nice
Arrived early to let them know I was here. Told me I could check in at 1 or 2pm. Came back at almost 6pm and my room wasn't ready still. However they put me in a suite instead that was ready. I feel the price for 1 night is a bit high for what you get compared to other hotels that are cheaper but just as good. Additionally there isn't any soundproofing. You can hear every door close on your floor and multiple sirens outside. I'd say 5 out of 10 personally.

The location and proximity to the UC campus. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room location was not the best. The view was a brick wall.
My room did not have a shower curtain. But was handled in great time.

Breakfast. It had more fruit options than all the other Hampton Inns we visited along I75. Fitness Center - clean, with lots of options.
On our room - the shampoo was empty in the shower. No Body Wash option in the shower - which we had in other Hampton Inns. Not enough trash bins. Bed too far away from the air conditioner. The TV was not positioned opposite the beds. There needed to be a screen or pocket door separating the sink area from the room.
My spouse & I stayed here during a weekend RAMUSA free healthcare clinic (which took place at st Xavier HS) & our 2 night stay was delightful & comfortable. The location is walkable to many restaurants & a Kroger’s. The room is spacious & clean. The breakfast was very tasty. The hotel itself looks new. The staff was lovely, most especially mr David Nimmons, whose welcoming & positive energy will brighten anyone’s day! Thank you!
Terrible housekeeping especially floor 2. We walked into our first room and the floor was wet as a result of the AC being broken. I mean it was soaked so no one had been in that room in days. We get moved to another room and it wasn't cleaned. Floors were dirty, black mold in shower, hairs from last residents on shampoo dispenser. I picked up a large piece of plastic on the floor just overall very poor. Not to mention the neighborhood is nothing to talk about. This location does appear to be renovated recently everything is new. Someone needs to audit the housekeeping staff.
