Pros:

Breakfast. It had more fruit options than all the other Hampton Inns we visited along I75. Fitness Center - clean, with lots of options.

Cons:

On our room - the shampoo was empty in the shower. No Body Wash option in the shower - which we had in other Hampton Inns. Not enough trash bins. Bed too far away from the air conditioner. The TV was not positioned opposite the beds. There needed to be a screen or pocket door separating the sink area from the room.

Pros:

Well located for the zoo and easy to get downtown. Parking was $9 extra, but there was plenty and it was easy to get in and out. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, excellent breakfast, and clean room.
Pros:

The manager checking us in, Ben, was exceptional. He was great to check us in a bit earlier than the 3pm time and was very acommodating. The heat was dreadful that day, and we bussed in, so the slightly early check in was extremely appreciated.

Cons:

I've stayed at several Hiltons (Hampton Inn). This location was the bottom for sure. Unfriendly check in. No complimentary water offered for this Hilton Honors member. Ice machine on our floor broken. Had to pay $9 for parking. Never have before.
