Una noche en Ibis Museo
Pros:

No es la primera vez que me quedo en un Ibis, conozco la cadena y sus virtudes. Por lo que le gustan los espacios y su comodidad, el formato de sus habitaciones y los baños, el área común y el desayuno.

Está ubicado al lado del Museo Nacional y muy cerca de la Plaza de Toros de La Macarena, parques y restaurantes. Sin embargo, al estar tan cerca de la Carrera 7ma, hay presencia de indigencia y drogadicción a solo unos metros de las instalaciones.

Cons:

No le gustó el hecho de que al recoger las maletas en la recepción, porque ne las habían guardado, no caí en cuenta de haber dejado una caja con una pieza valiosa para mí.

Estuve llamando anoche, al menos unas ocho veces, y escribí correos informándoles la situación. Nunca recibí respuesta. No hay atención al cliente y los medios de comunicación son absurdos e inopérantes.

Al final mi hermana tuvo que pasar personalmente y por fortuna apareció la caja.

La amabilidad del personal de recepción asi como el servicio de transporte que ofrecen desde el hotel .

Cons:

posiblemente que está un poco viejo, necesita una reforma en la habitaciones, especialmente en el cuarto de baño, la ducha se ve un poco anticuada y que tienes que pagar los aminities como el gorro o el cepillo de dientes.. eso son cosas que en un ibis tienen que estar en el cuarto de baño sin coste adicional alguno.
