Recomiendo!!!
Pros:

Las instalaciones son lindas y todo está muy bien mantenido y limpio. El personal tiene excelente trato, son amables. La habitación cómoda y silenciosa. El desayuno me encantó! Todo muy rico! Volvería sin dudarlo!

Cons:

Estuve sólo 2 noches. Y sólo iba a dormir. La primera impresión es que todo estaba bien, y agradable. No tuve tiempo de percibir alguna cosa que estuviera fuera de lugar, o que no me gustara.

Personal de recepción pésimo sobre todo una chica con sobre peso mala onda , 0 empatía , llegué antes de las 14 hs hora del checking , de un vuelo largo y cansado y solicité un early checking que se me negó teniendo habitaciones disponibles . Pude ingresar a las 14 hs en punto recién . Habitación sucia con pelos y tierra. Las que dan a la calle y en pisos bajos ruido 24 hs ya que los cerramientos no son anti ruido al contrario tienen espacios donde ingresa el frío y el ruido. Lamentable en gral pero resaltó el mal trato del personal de recepción.

Comprei alfajores avulsos para dar de presente e infelizmente 2 haviam sumido da minha sacola. Eu comprei eles e não mexi mais na sacola, não tem como ter perdido em outro lugar porque as sacolas estavam comigo o tempo todo. Infelizmente quando cheguei no Rio de Janeiro vi que pegaram dois Alfajores da sacola e só pode ter sido no hotel. Comprei Alfajores de duas marcas e coincidentemente sumiram um de cada. Fiquei muito decepcionada com isso porque tinha gostado muito do hotel.
