The staff was very pleasant, courteous and polite. The building itself was well maintained, the grounds were clean and it presented extremely well. Although I didn’t partake of the breakfast, the selection was excellent and there were many guests participating.
The tub, shower diverter button was completely detached and fell apart until I got used to it. The tub drained extremely poorly and with every shower, I exited with dirty water up to my ankles and shins.
The P-TAC air conditioner has a sour smell.
Everything...the people who worked there were absolutely wonderful!

We stayed here for 7 nights in April/May 2026.
Firstly I would like to say how good all the staff were, everyone we met there was friendly and professional.
However our stay was ruined by a problem with our bill. When I booked our stay we received an email saying how much our stay would be and that we should pay when we arrived the hotel.
It stated that our stay would cost $786 for 7 nights. When we arrived they asked us to pay the bill and they took $1150 from our card. I questioned this immediately and they said it was just the "incidentals" (which we had never heard of) but they couldn't say how much the incidentals were. They said if we didn't spend anything in the hotel the incidentals would drop off the bill. I asked for a print out of our bill and they said they were unable to do this.
I continued to query the bill everyday while we were there and no one could explain how our bill was being worked out.
When we checked out we again asked for a print out of the bill and although they did email me a bill it had zero information on exactly how much we needed to pay or any type of breakdown of our bill.
During our stay the hotel had a change of computer system but this had nothing to do with our issues (even though that's what they're trying to say now).
Once home I tried to look everywhere to raise this and had terrible trouble finding where to do this on Marriott's website.
Once I had managed to raise it they said they would look into and eventually said yes, they agree we were overcharged by $106. Although this was positive we still think that isn't enough. I calculated it as $140.
It's such a shame as this has spoiled what was otherwise a positive experience. The room was decent, the breakfast was really good, the staff really nice, the price (the one we were quoted at booking) was good but just something simple like "the bill" can ruin it all.
Only other issue was the aircon unit in the rooms is really noisy and you can't seem to turn it off.

אני ורעייתי בשנות ה-70 בחדר היה כסא משרדי אחד ביקשנו שיכניסו לחדר כסא או כורסה קטנה. חוזרים לאחר יום של טיולים רוצים לשבת לנוח או לאכול משהו קטן אין איפה. לקח 3 ימים של בקשות עד שקיבלנו כורסה (היתה מאוד לא נוחה)
המיטה היתה לא נוחה בלשון המעטה מיזרון רך וכנראה גם בשימוש שנים רבות
ברצוני לציין שבשנה שעברה שהיינו באותו מלון 14 לילות והיה שרות והקשבה הייתה טובה יותר לכן חזרנו
Breakfasts were as expected. Eating area was clean. Easy to find a place to sit down and eat. The roof top area is nice and has a good view.
There was noise issue that disturbed our sleep. There were garbage trucks and/or delivery trucks loading/unloading at a warehouse nearby. This happened usually at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. We stayed on the tenth floor and still could hear this noise.
Diego at the front desk went out of his way to take care of us by giving us the rooms we requested and managing a reservation error with professionalism and courtesy. He cared and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Diego!
