Take the JR Haruka to Tennoji Station. Transfer to the Tanimachi Subway Line and get off at Tanimachi Yonchome Station. Go out Exit 1B and the hotel is just 98 feet East of the convenience store on the left side.

Good location. Nice hotel with very nice staff. Reception, Kitchen and Cleaning staff were great
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to the Osaka castle. About 5-8 minutes walk. The train station is just around the corner. 1-2 minutes walk.
The reception staff was really helpful. I have to specially mention Satoh - who went out of her way to help us. Also Higashi and Matsuyama were very helpful. Even Ning and Miyazaka were very helpful.
The kitchen staff was great. Really enjoyed the Breakfast. Menu was fantastic.
Cleaning staff was great too.
The bathroom actually had an exhaust fan unlike other hotels. The hotel had a laundry.

Pros:

La habitación estaba súper limpia, además nos hacían la cama y el baño todos los días. El aire y el deshumidificador de la habitación funcionaban de maravilla. En la recepción tenían como un stand con productos como té, crema de cara, etc. para que los pudieras coger cuando quisieras. La ubicación perfecta al lado de una estación de metro y justo al lado un 7eleven. Mandamos las maletas hasta Kioto y la chica de recepción que nos lo gestionó fue muy amable y nos rellenó todos los papeles y las maletas llegaron sin problema. Sin duda lo recomiendo muchísimo.
