Excellent location if you don’t mind the club noise. If you’re a light sleeper, it may not work 4u
Pros:

Location was great. View was fantastic.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better in the kitchen was to have a couple dish towels and bowls and maybe paper towels. Also in the small restroom, there was a bad odor. Not sure if it was coming thru vents?? We did spray Lysol but it kept coming back. Kind of smelled like body odor. The shower was slow, water backed up.
