I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The boho theme made the ambiance warm and inviting. The beds were so comfortable and it was hard to leave.

Cons:

Two things that made the stay not a exceptional experience was first, there was only one elevator working. Secondly, the water pressure was too soft.

Staff lacking customer service skills - made to feel like an inconvience for things that should
Pros:

The room was a good size as a family of 3. Having a sofa bed and a little kitchenette was handy.
Lady in the bar was kind enough to get me some boiling water so I could make a tea as the coffee machine was dirty.

Cons:

Front of house staff disappointing lacking customer service skills. Never even asked how was your stay when we checked out. Had to wait ages and chase up a second time for bedding for the sofa bed for our kids when it was already late. No apology from the staff for how long it took. Lift was out of service when we stayed so we had to use the service lift which was fine just an inconvenience.
