Very enjoyable to stay at such a distinctive property. Good food and great staff.
Pros:

This hotel is close to the Centro Historico of Queretaro (about 5 minutes walk) and there are plenty of good quality restaurants and bars close. The hotel does very good cooked breakfasts but no dinner menu or bar. This lack will not not impact your stay because of the number of good quality restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. My personal favourite bar/restaurant is Parmillas Leonesa on the main square because the food is delicious and the service 1st class!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about this hotel and the staff are all excellent. Special shout-outs to Omar, Charles and Fabian who were all very helpful!

Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht so freundlich empfangen und hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Es gab auch sehr gutes Frühstück und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

J’y retournerais si je séjournerai à nouveau à Queretaro et le recommanderais.
Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel très attentionné. J’avais des problèmes de connexion pour la couverture celle et Pepe m’a aidé plusieurs fois à résoudre mon problème. Le trajet pour me rendre à ma chambre était bordé de plantes et d’arbres et autres décorations originales. Le personnel du spa était aussi très compétent.

Cons:

Rien tout était parfait.

Pros:

As always, the rooms were charming and I enjoy the garden-like setting, but the quality of the breakfasts wasn't as good as in years past. A full breakfast is no longer included in the room rate, which is disappointing. The staff, however, was top notch -- very welcoming and accommodating.

Charming colonial-style property. Spacious room and bathroom. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good location. Good shower. Bathtub. Nice spa.

Cons:

This is not a five-star hotel, I am sorry. The shower was good but the tap was broken and not working well. The bed was too firm to me. We had a room at the ground floor near the entrance and were awakened in the morning by people talking in the corridor. The breakfast was very basic, with additional food to be ordered extra. I am not saying the hotel is bad, I am just saying it is by no means five star.

Dated but comfortable boutique right in the center with many outside areas.
Pros:

Right downtown. Many patios and terrazas. Large room quite comfortable. A bit old fashioned but not surprising for location. Lovely little breakfast with lots of coffee.

Cons:

If you bring a car you will pay an extra 700 pesos to park a block away.
