Schöne saubere Zimmer. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Terrasse.

Cons:

Verbesserungsbedarf am Ablauf des Frühstücksbuffets. z.B. Tee fehlt am Buffet. Toaster fehlt am Buffet. Eierspeisen fehlen am Buffet. Verschiedene Brotsorten fehlen am Buffet. 2. Kaffeemaschine wäre notwendig. Speisen sind allgemein gut, aber für den Gast ein komplizierter und daher langwieriger Vorgang beim Frühstück.

Stellar stay & high quality service
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles, and everybody going out of their way to make things special for us. We were on a friendship tour of over 50 years and we had a sweet little note card waiting in the room for us. All the accommodations were excellent. With highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

- Great location situated just outside the main part of the city and feels like a nice place to come back to in the evening.
- Free parking is available.
- Staff are very friendly and helpful.
- Good quality breakfast.
- There is free gym access at the university facilities (which are high quality) albeit it is 15 mins walk away from the hotel.

Cons:

- The TV in the room was a smart TV, but could not connect to the internet. When I mentioned this to the staff, they explained that the TVs do not connect to the internet, so even though the TV had the usual streaming apps installed, it was not possible to use them. That seems like a bit of an omission in 2026.

Sehr gute Lage, nur 20 Minuten mit dem Bus bis zur Altstadt. In einem Park gelegen, sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber nicht gut organisiert. Man muss sehr viel Geduld beim Frühstück aufbringen. Der Tee war nicht wirklich ein Tee, nur ein Teebeutel auf eine große Kanne...

Pros:

Aside from the excellent accommodations, it’s the staff that made my stay most wonderful. Felt like home. The Abacus restaurant staff was especially caring and hospitable—thanks especially to Annalise and Saul, whose welcome went beyond the practice of good service into genuine care and making this place a home. I ate at the restaurant four mornings and five nights and the food was simply excellent.

Bella la struttura, camera ampia e luminosa. Ottima la posizione vicino al centro. Molto comodo il bus che ferma esattamente davanti alla struttura. In zona tranquilla e a due passi dal parco. Staff disponibile e cordiale
