I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your resort.
Upon checking into our room, we were met with an unbearable odor. It was so severe that we had to purchase disinfectant spray ourselves to make the space habitable. We chose not to report this immediately as the reception staff had been quite rude during our check-in process.
Furthermore, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and contained visible mold. We also discovered that after the room was serviced, the balcony door was left open. Returning from meetings at 6:30 PM to an ice-cold room was completely unacceptable.
Due to this experience, I will not be staying at a Peppers Resort again, and I will be sharing this feedback with my colleagues.

Noisy, the toilet system kept filling at irregular times which was loud. Needed to wear earplugs at night to block out the sound

Great location with so much to see and do in close proximity and the veiw is amazing would highly recommend to both singles couples and families and will definitely book again in the future
The apartment was so comfortable and the veiw spectacular didn't really feel like venturing outside lol

Poor standard of furniture. Hard beds, uncomfortable lounge and hard to get up from. Worse than previous lounges.
The weather, however, we didn’t have a car but used the bus service directly opposite Peppers and we regularly used the tram line, a great service to go and explore, inexpensive and absolutely fabulous!! It will soon go to Burleigh around the month of July.
