Super hotel met goede locatie
Pros:

Super hotel en overal vlakbij. Metro, trein en centrum 👌

Cons:

We hadden wat hardere bedden dus was wennen voor onze rug.

Zimmer TOP - Frühstück spitze - Lage zum Theater des Westens optimal.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer schlechte Trocknungsmöglichkeiten für die Handtücher. An den Einzelhaken in der Dusche werden die schönen großen Handtücher nicht trocken. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Empfang dürfte auch ein freundliches Willkommen aussprechen.

Personal top, alles sauber
Pros:

Sehr nettes höfliches Personal egal ob Rezeption, Frühstücksservice oder Reinigungskraft. Frühstück war hervorragend wurde auch laufend aufgefüllt . Zimmer gut durch Klima regulierbar. Hatten Innenhof gebucht, was deutlich ruhiger war.

Cons:

Die Betten (hatten Kingsize) waren extrem hart und haben geknarrt. Und nur eine große Bettdecke gab es. War aber alles auszuhalten.

Das große „Hauptbett“ war super bequem, das Schlafsofa leider nicht, man hat während des liegen die Gitter durch die Matratze gespürt.
