Die Bar hat rund um die Uhr auf. Check- in und Check- out waren schnell und unkompliziert. Lage war perfekt. Frühstück war Mega, Betten bequem und es war nachts sehr angenehm ruhig.

Die Lage ist top. Das Personal freundlich. Es gibt die Möglichkeit Waffeln zum Frühstück zu machen, das fanden die Kids super!

Cons:

Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und Bad.

Von dem Moment an, als wir eingecheckt haben, wirkten die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption – insbesondere die Mitarbeiter der Frühschicht – sehr unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass man uns helfen wollte. Im Gegenteil, es schien fast so, als wären wir nicht willkommen.

Die Mitarbeiter machten einen sehr unzufriedenen und unsicheren Eindruck. Ursprünglich hatten wir zwei Nächte gebucht, verlängerten unseren Aufenthalt jedoch um eine weitere Nacht. Als wir am dritten Abend ins Hotel zurückkehrten, ließ man uns trotz unserer persönlichen Gegenstände im Zimmer nicht hinein und wir mussten fast eine Stunde vor der Tür warten.

Das Hotel selbst ist schön und sauber, jedoch gibt es im Bereich Service und Organisation erhebliche Probleme. Die Unterkunft hat Potenzial, aber das Management und der Umgang mit Gästen sollten dringend verbessert werden.
