Excellent location and simple, clean, well designed rooms.
Pros:

The small room was well designed. You can open the window to get fresh air. Hotel is right beside the railway station so easy to get to and easy to walk around the town.

Cons:

It was good value for money no complaints.

私たちの目的に立地ががよくて利用しやすい。
駅が近く、新幹線で到着後荷物を置かせてもらって、駅からタクシーで移動が便利！
アウトレットも近いので良い！

Cons:

去年の春にも同じメンバーで利用して、2度目の利用、前回の朝食は感動するほど良かったが、今回は…お味噌汁が薄くでお出汁もきいてなくて不味がった！信州味噌どころなのに残念！
メニューが少し雑に感じた！

Pros:

地點近車站。飯店人員服務很好。

Cons:

舊館房間裡居然沒有暖氣，問了櫃檯，說可以借一臺暖氣，才解決了會冷的問題。
棉被裡面還隔了一層flat sheet，不止礙腳，被單摩擦聲音很大。
