Enjoyed our stay at Karuizawa
Pros:

Location was excellent, walking distance from the Prince Shopping Plaza, Karuizawa station and shuttle bus to Old Ginza Street. Our rooms were about 193sqft. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Bottles of water provided for only 1 day. But water from the tap is drinkable and bottled water is cheap.

軽井沢マラソンの為に最強なホテル
Pros:

軽井沢ハーフマラソンに参加したので、スタート地点まで近く、チェックアウトも1時間千円で延長して頂き助かりました。

Good except no air conditioning. Couldn’t sleep without air conditioning
Pros:

It was a nice clean normal hotel.

Cons:

The major thing I didn’t like was there was no air conditioning in May. It seems like they don’t allow guests to turn on air conditioning until later in the year (June maybe?)
They told me to open the windows to cool down the room. I kept the windows open all night but it was still too hot to sleep well.
Other than no air conditioning it was a good hotel, but no air conditioning was a major negative for me

駅近で、安く行きたい時はまた利用したいです。
Pros:

駅近で、食事は結構良かったです。
隣のフロントデスクに来た人が、部屋がタバコ臭いから変えて欲しいと言ったら、すぐ変えていました。
対応は迅速でいいなと思います。

ユニットシャワーがやはり小さかったです。

立地がとにかく良い。
Pros:

2回目の利用です。前回より受付の方が優しかったです。今回の男性スタッフの方々は笑顔で丁寧でした。チェックインの際に以前は説明なかったアメニティのことなど丁寧に説明してくださいました。忙しい中対応してくださって嬉しかったです。

Cons:

エアコンが稼働してるの不明でした。冷房入れても効いてる感はなく、窓開けましたが網戸がない、一階だったので、虫入ってきそうでちょっと残念でした。
