Pros:

地點離車站超近，附近就有outlet商圈可以逛，比其他地方便宜許多，吃飯的選擇也相當多。
如果要去舊輕井澤商圈或是白絲瀑布，住宿旁邊就是公車站。
公車站對面也有可以租用腳踏車，也有電動的唷！可以騎車到處走走，風景優美。

Cons:

洗澡時，水溫有時會出現忽冷忽熱，但不會很嚴重（我們去的時候是夏天，所以還可以接受），冬天就要多注意一些。

Pros:

シングルだったがベッドが広かった

Cons:

デスクとベッドの間が狭くて椅子を引く余裕がない。
バスタブのお湯を流すとトイレ側の床まで水が溢れてバスマットがびしょびしょになり気持ち悪かった。
冷蔵庫に雑巾が残されたままになっていたので、フロントに言うとドア外に出しておくように言われた。
部屋を変えると言われたが、疲れていたのでそのままで良いと言ったが、チェックアウトの際、一言のお詫びもなかった。
