ゆっくりと休めました。
Pros:

雨が降った際の傘のレンタル（私は利用しませんでしたが、同行者は利用し大変助かっておりました）
朝食はボリュームがあってよかったです。市役所・県庁の最寄り駅でしたので、朝の地下鉄のラッシュがすごかったですが、仙台の方々は整列乗車でストレスは少なかったです。
ホテルの施設としては、すぐにお湯がでる、しかも温度管理が最初からされている、浴槽に湯をためるときも自動で停止する機能があり、大変便利でした。

Cons:

コンビニの案内がありましたが、中心部の定禅寺通や国分町などの案内があってもよかったのではないかと思います。

バス停が目の前にありました。
7-ELEVENも近くにあります。
標準的なアメニティは揃ってました。

Cons:

古そうでしたが、清潔感はありました。バスルームが一段高くなっています。足の悪い私たちは、辛かったです。
見張らしはない部屋でした。
仙台駅からアーケードを通って歩くことができますが、ちょっと遠いかなー。地下鉄やバスを使えます。
パジャマは今どき紐を使って縛るタイプでした。

とても快適でよかったです。
Pros:

大通りに面していて、どこに出かけるにも便利だった。
周辺にコインパーキングが多く、またリーズナブルな所を案内してくれて助かった。

Cons:

問題ではないのですが、浴衣がまさか机の引き出しにしまってあるとは思わなかった。
ロッカーの中にあるのかと思って探すのを諦めかけた。
チェックインの時に教えてもらえたら親切かなと感じました。

要環境改善
Pros:

ホテルのすぐ横にパーキングがあり利便性が良い

Cons:

・部屋が湿気でジメジメしており、ベッドやタオルが湿っている感じがした。また入室時にカビっぽい臭いもした。
・バスタブ使用時に、排水口に女性のものと思われる長い髪の毛が溜まっており、排水不良となっていた。

いいところが宿泊施設でした。
Pros:

無人のパン販売をされており、朝ごはんに困りませんでした。とてもおいしかったです。

Cons:

浴槽が詰まっていてシャワーの水が中々流れずでした。自分たちの髪の毛が詰まっているのか確認しましたが違いました。それとベッドの近くにスマホを充電できるようにコンセントをさせるようにしてほしいと思いました。
