チェックイン時のオンラインは戸惑うこと多いのですが助けて下さるのでなんとかできてます！

Super convenient location and very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Clean, quiet room with a super comfy bed. The onsen was heavenly. Location is great - walking distance to many spots of interest including Omicho market and there are also a lot of food and shopping options within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Staff were helpful. There's a bus stop right across the street for easy access to Kanazawa Station.

今回、東京から友人とオートバイでツーリングイベント（ラリー）に参加するため金沢を訪れ、その際にアパホテル金沢中央へ宿泊しました。

【良かった点】
■ 立地が非常に良い
ホテルは金沢市内の繁華街に近く、食事や観光へのアクセスが非常に便利でした。金沢観光やビジネス利用の拠点としては申し分ないロケーションだと思います。

■ ベッドの寝心地が良く快適
ツーリングで疲れた身体をしっかり休めることができました。睡眠の質という点では非常に満足度が高かったです。

■ 必要な設備・備品が揃っている
客室内には宿泊に必要なものが一通り揃っており、不自由を感じることはありませんでした。

■ 清潔感があり快適
今回は大浴場を利用しませんでしたが、館内設備や客室は全体的に清掃が行き届いており、清潔感が保たれていました。滞在中も快適に過ごすことができました。

■ スタッフの対応は丁寧
フロントやコンシェルジュの方々の接客は非常に丁寧で、基本的な接客レベルは高いと感じました。

■ 次回は朝食も利用したい
今回は早朝出発のため朝食を利用できませんでしたが、次回宿泊する機会があればぜひ利用してみたいと思います。

【気になった点・改善を期待したい点】

■ バイク駐車場に関する案内
今回最も残念だった点です。予約前に駐車場の有無を確認し、特にオートバイで訪問するためバイクの駐車についても事前確認した上で予約しました。しかし実際にはホテルからかなり離れた場所へ駐車することになりました。

今回のようなツーリングイベント参加者にとって、バイクの駐車環境は宿泊先選びの重要な要素です。そのため、予約時点で駐車場所や距離について、より具体的な説明があると利用者としては安心できると感じました。

■ ユニットバス・シャワー設備
客室全体の満足度は高かったものの、トイレやユニットバス、シャワー設備については昔ながらのビジネスホテルと大きな違いを感じられませんでした。
客室やベッドの品質、館内の清潔感が高いだけに、この部分だけが少し古さを感じさせる印象で、設備面の評価を下げる要因となりました。

■ マニュアルを超えた柔軟な対応
スタッフの方々は非常に丁寧である一方、過去に利用したアパホテルでも共通して感じていることですが、マニュアルにない相談や例外的なケースへの対応については柔軟性がやや不足しているように感じます。
もちろん、サービス品質を均一化するためにマニュアル化を進めることは企業経営上重要なことだと思います。しかし、世界各国で仕事や旅行を通じてホテルを利用している立場からすると、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、南米などでは、利用者の状況に応じてスタッフが代替案を提案したり、より踏み込んだ説明やサポートを行ってくれるケースが多く見られます。

アパホテルは客室品質や立地、清潔感など優れた強みを数多く持っています。だからこそ、マニュアルを超えた「おもてなし」や「利用者目線での柔軟な対応」が加われば、さらに高い評価を得られるホテルチェーンになるのではないかと感じました。

【総評】
立地、清潔感、ベッドの快適さ、スタッフの基本的な接客対応については高く評価しています。また、館内全体の管理状態も良く、快適に滞在することができました。
一方で、バイク駐車場に関する案内不足、ユニットバス設備の古さ、そしてマニュアル外の対応における柔軟性については改善の余地があると感じました。
設備評価は3.5点、立地・清潔感・接客などのその他項目は4.0点と感じていますが、宿泊全体としての満足度を考慮し、総合評価は2.5点とさせていただきます。

今後のさらなるサービス向上に期待するとともに、金沢を再訪する際には改善された姿を拝見できればと思います。
