近代化も良し悪し
Pros:

安かったのと、スタッフさんが丁寧でした。お部屋にミネラルウォーターが置いてあった。

Cons:

チェックイン開始すぐくらいに行ったせいか、ご案内しますのでお待ちくださいから30分待ちました。座る椅子を用意していただけたし、スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったけど、QRを読み込むとかあったからかなとにかく待ちました。

設備✕、それ以外は最高！
Pros:

スタッフの対応が丁寧でした。アメニティ、歯ブラシの使い心地が良く、コーヒーやお茶も嬉しかったです。部屋の広さも良く、道具やハンガーも機能的でした。

Cons:

浴槽、洗面台、トイレが古い。特に便器は汚れがありテンションが落ちました。
部屋は2階だったのですが、カーテンを開けるとすぐ下はたくさんの人が歩く道路で落ち着きませんでした。

方便但狹小，適合沒有什麼行李的旅客
Pros:

1.離博多火車站相當近
2.服務人員相當熱心，我們沒有留意到 wifi password 在電視首頁（因為一進房間就把電視關掉），他直接來房間協助我們確認
3.窗簾夠厚
4.有浴缸
5.床底可放行李箱

Cons:

1.兩瓶礦泉水之後的飲用水只能從自來水水龍頭取，不能多拿礦泉水
2.房間窄到 29 寸行李箱打開就完全沒有地方可以走
3.樓梯菸味很重，房間內僅有淡淡的菸味
