スタッフの方の、心づかい
駅からホテルまで歩いたので、顔から汗ながしてたらタオルを持ってきてくださった、
次の日は、タクシーで駅までいくといったら、次の日のタクシーの予約してくださいました、お世話になり笑顔に心がほっこりしました、ありがとうございました😊

Excellent stay and I would recommend to others
Pros:

Perfect location, accessible to restaurants, 3 minutes walk from the Kansai Airport drop-off, quiet streets at night and quiet at the room levels. Compliment the work of the cleaning lady on Floor 12, very meticulous effort of cleaning and the respect for the guests by leaving a bag with the fresh supplies for the room outside the door.

Cons:

Mattress and pillow was not comfortable to my liking.
