Pros:

Ontbijt super . Onthaal koel , kregen geen wrlkomstdrznkje aangeboden , hebben er zelf moeten om vragen . Wat betreft de fiets -en wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt we hebben de info eruit moeten sleuren , koele ontvangst . Tijdens avondeten merkten we in Le Cirl tafels met en zonder tafelkleed , we hadden graag een tafel met tafelkleedje dit kon niet omdat ze geen tafelkleedjes meer hadden . even later komt een equipe met vers gesteven tafellakens de andere vuile tafellakens vervangen . Je moet je gasten niet beliegen ! We vroegen het opnieuw en toen vertelde mens ons dat we het verkeerde tafeltje hadden , we hebben dat dan eigenhandig geverifieerd en ook bleek weer niet te kloppen . Sorry zoveel onwil in een 5 sterren hotel heeft ons verblijf verknald ! En dan de manier waarop : willen gelijk krijgen van de klant is eennzbdoluye blunder , ik denk zelf actief in de handel . We betreuren vooral de onvriendelijke en leugenachtige manier waarop ons heeft bejegend . Conclusie ; never again : je kan maar 1 keer een goede eerste indruk maken . Het mannelijk personeel in le cirl was veel veel vriendelijker dan die blonde dame In Le Ciel ( agressief waardoor er ook van onzentwege agressie werd opgewekt )

Rustgevend verblijven in een luxe accomodatie
Pros:

Een mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt een absolute aanrader. Een luxehotel met smaakvolle inrichting.

Cons:

Als ik dan 1 ding moet opgeven: De Spa was zeer mooi en verzorgd maar ik had iets meer faciliteiten verwacht. Bij slecht weer ben je binnen en kan je niet genieten van de prachtige tuin daarom zou het fijn zijn om iets meer faciliteiten te hebben. Maar hetgeen er is, is zeker dik inorde!
