Important information:

Please note children included in room occupancy as accommodated free of charge in existing beds are under the age of 4. Children between 5 and 11 years old are charged EUR 7 per day in existing beds. Children with the age of 12 and over are considered adults and will not be accommodated in a room with 2 adult.
Extra beds are available at the location for a fee of EUR 12 per day.

Sehr cooles Hotel direkt am Strand von Mamaia.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ausserdem wurde uns vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht mitgeteilt, dass erst danach die Saison beginnt und diverse Einrichtungen wie Pool, Skybar usw. nicht genützt werden können.

Cons:

Der Pool war so schmutzig das ich Angst hatte wenn ich darin baden würde krank zu werden.
Der Tresor im Zimmer war defekt.
Die Klobrille war lose.
Das WLAN funktionierte nicht.Als ich das der Reception meldete hat sich trotzdem nichts getan.
So ein schlechtes 4 Sterne Hotel habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Could be better
Pros:

Very nice located, with the sand and the sea in front of the hotel. The staff is very calm and respectful.
The room is nice and welcoming.

Cons:

In the bathroom, the floor is flooded after a shower and the cleaning lady skiped our room. We put the towels on the floor to be changed, but we needed to ask the receptionist (late in the afternoon) to make the cleaning.
They were trying to convince me that I had to put the sign on the door in order to have my room fixed (for regular cleaning).
The wifi didn't work. It was active, but without internet. I checked that with several devices.
This could be fixed with a proper, professional management. Hope it will be fixed until the summer will come.

Cons:

breakfast was poor and not buffet, limited choice with low-quality ingredients. tv didn't work, the shower drain didn't work, the terrace was closed, the gym was closed. the car park had massive potholes. overall. the hotel is tired and dated.

Hotelli oli rannalla. Ilmainen pysäköinti. Hyvä sänky ja suht siisti huone. Mini jääkaappi. Parveke merelle.

Cons:

Suihku voisi olla hieman isompi. WC:n huuhtelu nappi oli viallinen. Hieman kulumaa siellä täällä.
