Pros:

The room and bed comfort were good. The breakfast quality and variety were good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also, it was very nice that they celebrated my birthday with a small cake, thank you.

Cons:

Getting to the hotel by road (we arrived by car) is problematic. We had difficulty finding the hotel using maps. At least a warning or explanation about this should be included during or after booking. By the way, we would like to thank the helpful pharmacist who assisted us with reaching the hotel:)

Could be better
Cons:

For a 4 star hotel the shower is extremely tiny, never seen before such a small one. We have stayed at this hotel last year as well, the shower was slightly bigger, but generally small.
