Die Lager und der Pool war sehr schön, auch das Personal beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Robert am Empfang geht gar nicht, von Überheblichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Unfreundlich und sollte sofort vom Empfang suspendiert werden. Der Rest war sehr freundlich.

Ich habe über Booking eine Unterkunft für drei Personen (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind, 5 Jahre) gebucht. Die Buchungsbestätigung enthält diese Angaben korrekt.

Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass das Zimmer nur über ein einziges Bett verfügte, was für drei Personen völlig unzureichend ist.

Ich habe mich umgehend an die Rezeption gewandt. Der Mitarbeiter teilte mir mit, dass ich ein Zimmer mit drei Betten hätte buchen müssen. Ich habe jedoch ausdrücklich über Booking die korrekten Angaben gemacht (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind), und in allen anderen Hotels, in denen ich bisher war, wurde in solchen Fällen automatisch ein Zusatzbett oder ein Sofabett bereitgestellt.

Leider war dies in Ihrem Hotel nicht der Fall. Dadurch konnten wir die ganze Nacht nicht richtig schlafen, was unseren Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt hat.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dieser Erfahrung und hätte in einem solchen Fall eine kundenorientierte Lösung erwartet.
