Wonderful location , very friendly staff

Our wedding reception at Bingham Riverhouse was nothing short of extraordinary. We chose the intimate package - which was perfect for what we had envisioned for ourselves. This included a two-night stay in their Best River Room, which (as its name would suggest), offered absolutely gorgeous views of the river.

A special thank you goes to our wedding planner, Stacey, whose professionalism, organisation and attention to detail made the entire planning process so easy for us (or as easy as possible! ). Also thanks to our servers on the day, Hassan and Rosie, for making sure all our guests were taken care of. Every detail was accounted for - not only for us, but also for our guests who were also staying at the Riverhouse for the wedding.

We are so grateful to the team - they helped create some very precious memories that we will hold on to for a lifetime. We're already thinking about coming back for our one-year anniversary!

Drawn to the idea of a summer market menu however the package was disappointing.

The shutters were closed which meant no view or fresh air. Disappointing as the river is a key part of the attraction.

A loud group and overly friendly dog wandering around spoilt the evening for us.

Food was okay but felt it didn't live up to the promise.

We got married in May at The Bingham and couldn't have been looked after better. The entire team made the whole day completely seamless, and we had so many guests tell us it was the best event they had ever been to! We were very lucky to have such a great planner in Laure!
Everyone goes above and beyond to help you and makes you feel truly special throughout the whole experience. An 11/10 from us — we couldn't recommend The Bingham more highly! x

No riverside view ! It was a sunny day and we asked to be sat outside which was declined due to some works . We sat in the restaurant and outside the glass doors were chairs and table piled up - that was our view .lAnother guest asked for them be moved , a small shuffle but nowhere for them to go . Menu uninspiring and over priced and the food adequate at best . Atmosphere very lacking . our bill was £140 for one drink each , salad starter and catch of the day . Over all such a disappointing experience. .

Location and food

We recently had our wedding at Bingham Riverhouse, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Our point of contact throughout; Laure, was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire planning process. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and calm approach gave us complete confidence every step of the way.

On the day itself, the staff made everything feel effortless and seamless. The weather was beautiful overall, but there were some unpredictable moments, and the team handled everything brilliantly, adapting calmly and ensuring the day ran perfectly without any stress for us or our guests. The setting and location is beautiful.

The food was absolutely outstanding. One of our biggest concerns when choosing a venue was whether the quality would remain high when catering for a larger wedding party. We had 67day guests, and every single person commented on how incredible the food was. It genuinely exceeded expectations and was every bit as good as a restaurant-quality dining experience.

The venue’s preferred suppliers were another huge highlight. The Marten String Quartet created the most beautiful atmosphere throughout the day, and Joanna, our florist, completely exceeded our expectations with stunning arrangements that brought everything to life. Having access to such talented and trusted vendors made the planning process so much easier and added so much to the overall experience.

The venue itself is stunning, the rooms were lovely, and the setting created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day in a more perfect place.

A huge thank you to Laure and the entire Bingham Riverhouse team for creating such a special experience. We would recommend it without hesitation to anyone considering it for their wedding.

We had our wedding at the Bingham Riverhouse in May 2026, working with Laure and the Events team. It was sincerely perfect, all because of Laure's guidance and expertise during the planning process. The food, drinks, setting, and location were perfect - there's nothing we would have changed!

We couldn't be happier with how the day went, and can highly recommend the Bingham as a wedding venue, particularly if you're working with Laure.

We loved staying in the Bingham the weekend of our wedding as well - the Baudelaire room is gorgeous and we already want to go back.

The location & white fluffy towels

We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in Constancy overlooking the Thames and had fabulous walks to Kew Gardens and along the river. We had the best Sunday lunch in the restaurant and really enjoyed the breakfasts. The staff were lovely (special mention for the very charming and efficient James!) and made our stay very special.

Location, right on the Thames on a beautiful day. We rode the bikes along the river that was supplied by the hotel. Great vibe - highly recommended.

The most beautiful and calming atmosphere and they love dogs

Elegant and lovely, whilst maintaining a gfamily feel, with attentive service and friendly staff. We love staying here when in or around London. The riverside location is also a massive plus.

This hotel was in an excellent location by the river with river views and easy access to local restaurants and amenities.
The staff were exceptional, courteous, helpful, and always available to assist guests.
The room I stayed in was warm, comfortable,clean, beautifully decorated with homely touches and had everything that I needed.
Overall the hotel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere aided by the decor and facilities. The food was also of a very high quality.
I found it good value for money and I would love to return at some point for another stay.

The Bingham Riverside Hotel is a fantastic small hotel offering exceptional customer service, rooms and location with true character and spotlessly clean. From our first contact on arrival to our departure staff were attentive helpful and appeared genuinely intent on providing us with a relaxing 2 night stay. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was excellent. Access direct to the Thames river path and within easy reach of Richmond train station I cannot recommend the Bingham Riverside Hotel highly enough.
