The location & white fluffy towels
How scruffy the decor is, room needed numerous repairs, the high noise levels within the building throughout the night & early morning. Pillows were uncomfortable
We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in Constancy overlooking the Thames and had fabulous walks to Kew Gardens and along the river. We had the best Sunday lunch in the restaurant and really enjoyed the breakfasts. The staff were lovely (special mention for the very charming and efficient James!) and made our stay very special.
Location, right on the Thames on a beautiful day. We rode the bikes along the river that was supplied by the hotel. Great vibe - highly recommended.
Nothing!
The most beautiful and calming atmosphere and they love dogs

Wonderfully unique. Fabulous location. Great food and drinks and extremely friendly staff
Elegant and lovely, whilst maintaining a gfamily feel, with attentive service and friendly staff. We love staying here when in or around London. The riverside location is also a massive plus.
This hotel was in an excellent location by the river with river views and easy access to local restaurants and amenities.
The staff were exceptional, courteous, helpful, and always available to assist guests.
The room I stayed in was warm, comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated with homely touches and had everything that I needed.
Overall the hotel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere aided by the decor and facilities. The food was also of a very high quality.
I found it good value for money and I would love to return at some point for another stay.
The Bingham Riverside Hotel is a fantastic small hotel offering exceptional customer service, rooms and location with true character and spotlessly clean. From our first contact on arrival to our departure staff were attentive helpful and appeared genuinely intent on providing us with a relaxing 2 night stay. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was excellent. Access direct to the Thames river path and within easy reach of Richmond train station I cannot recommend the Bingham Riverside Hotel highly enough.
Amy and Geronimo were awesome at helping get everything ready for our launch day at the house… the Tomorrows Potential cohort loved the whole experience there!! Especially the sound bath 🧘♂️
Staff and hotel were lovely
Due to a wedding we were not able to enjoy tge garden on the river
The staff and very lovely rooms
Little dark inside
I came here for a mid-afternoon snack here while passing by on my way to a haircut. The staff were extremely friendly and were very kind and helpful. The service was absolutely excellent. The food and drink were amazing. I would most certainly return.
Preposterous breakfast set up, complete ripoff
Rooms are pokey and dingy
Such a beautiful location, gorgeous rooms, kind, friendly staff, super personal service. Highly recommended and a big thanks to the team for looking after me and my mum so well. Also the Sunday roast is off the charts good !
I had such a special stay at Bingham Riverhouse. From the moment I arrived, it just felt calm, welcoming, and easy to switch off.
The food by Vanessa was incredible - every meal felt thoughtful and full of flavour. And Yulia’s cocktails were equally impressive.
I also loved the wellness side of things. The meditation and qigong class helped me properly slow down, and the Bhuti massage was one of the most relaxing I’ve had.
I stayed at SAPPHO room and let me tell you, I want that copper bathtub in my house!
I left feeling genuinely rested and recharged - such a lovely experience all round.
