Brilliant Hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

This hotel is comfortable with a fantastic restaurant attached.
We had a wonderful waitress who spoke excellent English.
I'm ashamed to say we don't speak German.

The food was superb and plentiful and we would really recommend you try the local beer.

We have an electric car and there are dozens of superfast charge points in the vicinity.

If our next European road trip brings us this way we would certainly make a beeline for this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing.
A slight word of warning, there is no air conditioning in the rooms but fans are supplied. DO NOT LET THAT PUT YOU OFF

Lovely hotel and restaurant, would highly recommend this place
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel with a very good restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful. close to railway and town centre, easy access to the River Sarr cycle route

Für ein paar Tage in Merzig eine gute Unterkunft
Pros:

Abstell- und Lademöglichkeiten für unsere E-Bikes waren in einer abgeschlossenen Garage gegenüber vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, ebenso das Bad. Das Hotel verfügt über ein schönes Restaurant mit Freiterrasse. Abends besteht in der Gaststätte noch die Möglichkeit, etwas zu trinken. Die schöne Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Alles in Ordnung, es gibt keinen wirklichen Grund zur Klage. Kostenlose Auto-Parkplätze stehen gegenüber dem Hotel zur Verfügung.

Leider haben wir einen heiße Sommertage erwischt und es gibt keine Klimaanlage.
Teppichboden im Flur. Könnte mal ordentlich gereinigt werden.
