Spacious apartment with good value for money
Pros:

The staff were very helpful.The apartment is clean and spacious.It is also very safe for kids.

Cons:

It is 15-20 min walk from Reef fleet terminal and adjoining area of Esplanade. Our apartment was on 2nd floor and there is no elevator in building, it was an issue to move all our luggage upstairs.

Pros:

Great location. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Pool was good and clean.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable. Broken chair in room was reported but not replaced, so our family couldn't all sit at the table together.

It was good. I’d stay again.
Pros:

Central location not far from anywhere. Very secure.

Cons:

Noise easily transferred to next door. Ceiling fans needed cleaning. Some bathroom fittings were aged

Made for a more enjoyable weekend as it was exactly what we were looking for.
Pros:

Perfect location to suit our weekend activities.

Cons:

With 2 single beds put together to make a ‘Queen’ perhaps a mattress protector/ topper would prevent the ridge in the centre and make more comfortable.

very pleasant stay, would recommend - Chris was very helpful and accomodating - location perfect
Pros:

Location great - 5 mins walk to waterfront. Apartment was privately owned, luckily on first floor as no lift (which we were aware of) 3 ladies in late 50s travelling together - Apartment was comfortable, perfect for the us - pool nice, cold due to little or no sun on during the day - we visited July - could do with more pool lounge chairs - only 3.

Cons:

housemaids/cleaning staff should have made sure all dispensers in the shower were full, no shower gel at all on arrival. 3 toilet rolls provided for 7 night stay - if more required available but had to pay at reception - NIL Room cleaning/service, should have for 7 night stay - we requested clean towels on day 4 - no bed/linen change at all - Blinds could have been better in bedrooms, light came in - had to take all rubbish down on leaving day and ensure dishes washed and put away - Would have thought setting the dishwasher off would have been sufficent but followed instructions

A great place to stay for families or couples. Great, staff, facilities and very good location.
Pros:

Getaway is located within walking distance to CBD in a quiet location. It is a clean, well maintained facility with pool onsite and friendly staff. It is an excellent option for couples or families and I’d thoroughly recommend it.

Convenient, comfortable and good value.
Pros:

Great location, close to town and the waterfront area. Kids playground within walking distance. Plenty of off street parking. Laundry facilities in the unit was great as was the pool.

Cons:

Tile floors felt a little dirty, felt like I needed to wear shoes.

Apartment was spacious.

Cons:

Blinds didn't filter out light, couch had a spring in the middle which stuck up. Unable to get carparking on Sunday night in the complex, had to park in street.

Pool, spacious unit, washing machine and dryer in the unit. Staff- Trish was friendly and helpful

Unit was above the car park and maintenance guy made too much noise early in the morning eg: using a pressure washer
