Pros:

Trisha was really helpful and went out of her way to be accommodating. The apartment was comfortable, clean and roomy. Location was excellent.

Cons:

Sheets were clearly unwashed from last use with old makeup still on the pillow cases. No conditioner in bathroom. Staff hours were never early enough or ran late enough so you could not bring issues to their attention if you had excursions planned during your vacation

Comfortable and fantastic value for the price
Pros:

The location was great; it was extremely calm and peaceful, and it felt very safe. The check in process was smooth and easy.

Overall the apartment was quite clean and very comfortable!

Cons:

I wish the kitchen was slightly better equipped (maybe adding a collender, a second pan and a couple dish towels could go a long way).

The rooms were great, clean, and good value. It was noisier than we thought but that is not the 'fault' of yours.

Great location. Needs some TLC
Pros:

The complex is close to the centre, within walking distance on flat ground.
Kitchen has enough to cook with and the oven and fridge were clean.
Air con and fan in the communal area worked well.

Cons:

Unit 5. One mattress in the second bedroom is a banana and the other super firm. We did share this and they're contacting the owner.
Both bathrooms need a good spring clean.
Everything needs a dust. We asked for this to be done and basics were done. Thank you.
Air con units in bedrooms are old and exceptionally noisy.

Great weekend in Cairns and surrounding area. Apartment was ideal for our stay.
Pros:

Really easy to book, close to everything and really well equipped, clean and just a good location for Cairns. Staff very helpful and everything you need for a long weekend.

Overall happy with staying here. Chris gave us some great recommendations on places to shop & eat!
Pros:

The apartment had everything we needed in terms of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, separate bedroom for the kids and two bathrooms. We liked being near the pool and having a little porch to hang wet clothes on the airer. Good sized fridge, no trouble with ants on the food we didn't have anything to seal it away with.
Chris gave us some great recommendations on places to shop & eat! And suggested we use the BBQ for a dinner and gave us all we needed for that which was very kind.

Cons:

The 2nd bathroom/ ensuite was missing a door so we couldn't close off this bathroom. Was a bit annoying at night time and also faced the pool area. Bathroom cabinetry in both bathrooms were quite shabby, but I guess that's inevitable in a wet environment like Cairns.
