Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt herrlich ruhig. Wir haben 2xdort gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Küche.

Cons:

Es war alles gut. Da ich kein Freund von Spannteppichen bin würde ich eventuell diese, welche noch in gewissen Räumen anzutreffen sind bemängeln. Das ist aber das Einzige was ich auszusetzen habe. Sonst hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Séjour au calme, dans une ambiance cosy et avec une belle vue sur les montagnes.
Pros:

Excellent accueil. Le personnel a toujours fait son maximum pour répondre à nos demandes, notamment pour prolonger le séjour et garder la même chambre.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : au petit-déjeuner, quelques produits végétaliens supplémentaires auraient été appréciés : il y avait du lait d’avoine, mais ni margarine ni yaourts au soja par exemple.

Absolut ausreichend und gut für entspannte Abende, ruhige Nächte und einen guten Start in den nächsten Tag.

Der Nachbar rauchte auf dem Balkon, sodass offene Fenster oder gar Sitzen auf dem Balkon nicht möglich war.

Pros:

J'ai passè un très bon séjour. L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, c'est parfait. Le calme qui régnait là était incroyable, en plus du très beau panorama (sur le Wildstrubel entre autres).
Très bon petit déjeuner, simple mais avec de bons produits.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de frigo dans la chambre.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und frisch, mit einer guten Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel bequem erreichbar waren. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Etwas das uns nicht gefallen hat. Das gab es nicht. Es war alles in Ordnung.

Wir sind enttäuscht
Cons:

Die Matratzen waren durgelegen und der Duschvorhang hatte Schimmel.
Als wir die Mängel dem Personal mitgeteilt haben, wurden wir nicht wirklich ernst genommen.
