Lovely old building, great position near to pier and also sea view
Minor detail but poach eggs overdone at breakfast.
The location is brilliant the beds were comfortable
The staff although friendly seemed very unorganised. The noise our toilet made we reported but was told there was nothing wrong with it.The hotel just seemed tired and dated.
The food was outstanding, the staff were friendly, helpful and looked happy. The room was comfortable and clean with a sea view. The hotel has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and the icing on the cake was the way our four legged friends are made so welcome with a bowl, towel and little dog hamper. Wish we had stayed longer but will definitely go back.
Can't fault anything.
Great location. Paid for a better room with sea view. The room was excellent and so was the view.
Dining/breakfast room chairs a bit shabby and not very comfortable. The sofa was fine.
The windows needed a clean.

The Edwardian building was full of character.
The stairs. Heavy door to open from the inside on our room
Lift to room and storage for mobility scooter if required. Food was god. Car park behind the hotel was a plus but not many spaces. Plenty of outside tables if required. The show n the pier was very good. The staff were excellent.
Food not included in price. B&B would be better than room only. The hairdryer had a short cable and when plugged into the only plug available without moving furniture it couldn't reach the mirror so styling hair was impossible!!!! No mini fridge to keep supplied water cool. Not enough info/leaflets detailing things to do in the area. Nothing about Hillside animal sanctuary anywhere.
Location good. Bar and public areas good...veryclean
Tiny room very hot ... windows very dodgy and rickerty...premium price did not match room
Great location and historic building
Very hot rooms during heatwave
Looking out at the sea from our room.
The drinks was too expensive in hotel
Beautiful old Victoria building amazing stair case the room was lovely over looking the sea and Cromer pier ❤️
Whole place was beautiful , if needed there was sweet and savoury treats in room aswell as usual tea coffee etc
Nothing was wrong
Breakfast was very good, staff were friendly and helpful.
The kettle In our room did not work.
perfect spot. staff brilliant
room small didn't realise we booked a "cosy room" OK for one night busy very cosy
Staff are amazing
Bigger room
The food was OK if you were willing to wait quite a while for it.
We booked a Deluxe Double Room but the room we had was in the turret and wasn't as big as the one that was advertisesd as a Deluxe double room. When I asked the receptionist about it, she said that they had refurbished the hotel and that Booking.com's photos were out of date, but I couldn't work out why the room was a lot smaller than advertised. Did they put a wall in to make it smaller?
