Relaxing comfortable stay with great food
Pros:

Lovely room comfortable and clean. Location is perfect for all Cromer amenities. Great having a restaurant and bar. All staff helpful and friendly

Very enjoyable, good breakfast, lovely staff, lovely room and Billy the dot was included too.
Pros:

It is a beautiful old building, we loved the history and loved out views looking out to sea.

The staff are lovely and so customer service driven. The location of the hotel is fantastic too

Our room was very good

Cons:

The food was poor. A large party was in the hotel at the same time and unfortunately special treatment was given. Breakfast food was precooked and when we received it, it was obvious. No pastries left and very little fruit. We had one evening meal and again the food was okay but again very focused on the large party.

Not quite what we expected
Pros:

Very friendly staff, very good food (both at breakfast and at dinner), pleasant public areas, excellent views across the seafront.

Cons:

The hotel was forced to downgrade our room due to a booking mix up (bookings.com failed badly here, with the hotel description and photos not matching what was on offer), which put us in a barely acceptable room. A great disappointment.

Parking at the hotel is extremely limited, so be prepared to park on the street, although there is currently no street parking charge.

We both had a brilliant time, it was our first time away together so was such a lovely experience.
Pros:

Perfect location could easily walk to the station and straight across to the beach and a couple minute walk to the town. The staff were all really helpful and polite when we arrived and throughout our stay. Very accommodating and always clean, would recommend staying again.

It still has a special place in my heart care with pricing menu could be a better choice

The art deco plus parking and sea views

Cons:

Good could have been better , breakfast on day one bacon was overcooked beans were cold
Breakfast on day two eggs not cooked on Benedict on both days I had to ask for my order to be taken
Main meal of fish … fish batter was overcooked

next time i would request a bigger room
Pros:

the variety of breakfast was good all of the cerails fruit juices etc no complaints

Cons:

our room was 37 we are 2 older people so we found the room very small and older people struggle to climb into a bath a shower would be much better the wyfi in the hotel was also very good

Clean, comfortable, and very convenient.
Pros:

Perfect sea-front location with sea views from some of the rooms, and only minutes away from the beach, pier, town centre and other attractions. Had a lovely cheerful welcome at check-in, and the staff were all very friendly and eager to help. Room was clean and comfortable. On-site bar and restaurant also great for an evening meal. Also, the building itself is lovely.

Cons:

Getting the shower to a comfortable temperature was a bit of a mission.
