Très difficile pour se garer, et pour circuler.
Nous avions une chambre donnant directement sur la rue, très bruyante. Tous les véhicules traversant Goreme passent dans cette rue, très tôt le matin.

La struttura è molto caratteristica, situata in una posizione molto panoramica di Goreme. La vista dalla terrazza è davvero affascinante. La colazione ottima e varia. Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci hanno assistito dal transfer in aeroporto e nella prenotazione dei tour. Anche i tour prenotati con loro sono stati ben organizzati. Consigliamo questa struttura.

-beautiful location
-quaint little place and cozy
-night time view is great as the location is slightly uphill, you can get a good view of the surroundings
-aesthetically pleasing
-my kind regards to the lovely breakfast lady

-slightly uphill, if you are walking back from the city centre/bus stops ,be prepared for a mini workout
-they need to kindly add an extractor fan in the loo

Göreme’de iki gün kaldık ve genel olarak çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Kahvaltı gayet güzel ve yeterliydi. Otelin konumu da iyiydi, ancak merkeze beklediğimizden biraz daha uzaktı. Buna karşılık otelden balonları izlemek gerçekten çok güzeldi ve manzarası harikaydı. Özellikle sabahları balonları görmek ayrı bir keyifti.

Personel çok güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kendimizi rahat ve hoş karşılanmış hissettik. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık ve Göreme’de güzel bir konaklama yeri arayanlara tavsiye ederiz.

Cons:

Konaklamamız sırasında bizi rahatsız eden en önemli konu zaman zaman hissedilen yoğun kanalizasyon kokusuydu. Anladığımız kadarıyla bu durum, biz gelmeden önce yağan yoğun yağmurdan kaynaklanıyordu ve sadece otele özgü değil, bölgede başka yerlerde de yaşanan bir sorundu. Otel personeli bu konuda oldukça ilgili davrandı; banyoyu ekstra temizlediler ve kokuyu azaltmak için bize oda kokusu da verdiler.

Ayrıca ilk başta yatağın konforundan memnun kalmadık, ancak bunu belirttiğimizde yatağımızı değiştirdiler. Dolayısıyla bazı olumsuzluklar yaşamış olsak da personelin sorunlarımızı çözmek ve bizi memnun etmek için ellerinden geleni yaptığını özellikle belirtmek isteriz. Bu yaklaşımlarından dolayı kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

Unser Aufenthalt im Turquaz Hotel war einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist überragend – ruhig gelegen, aber man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Von der wunderschönen Terrasse aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Heißluftballons am Morgen.

Die Zimmer sind super sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft: Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps für Ausflüge.

Auch das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war frisch und super lecker.Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ótima escolha para uma visita de 2 a 3 dias na Capadócia!
Pros:

Pequeno almoço tipicamente turco, a tomar num terraço exterior com vista sobre Goreme, lindo. Quarto familiar perfeito para uma família com 4 pessoas, 5-10 minutos a pé do centro de Goreme. Simpática oferta de águas diária. Gestão familiar, super simpáticos, sentimo-nos em casa!

Cons:

O quarto poderia ter um mini frigorífico para manter pelo menos as águas no frio, dado o calor que pode fazer no Verão. Café de máquina seria uma mais valia, mas é um pormenor.

El personal sin duda alguna es lo mejor de este hotel, sin amables , atentos y procuran que tu estadía sea lo más placentera. El dueño hizo un regalo especial para nuestro hijo que cumplía años le prepararon un pastel que lo hizo muy feliz. Muchas gracias ☺️

Excellent experience in Goreme, Cappadocia
Pros:

The breakfast and the terrace were amazing. Generally, Turquaz Cave hotel is one of the uphill located and it is very good for air quality.
There are some rooms without AC, so ask from the hotel reception before booking for availability. Our room was 1 and it was quite good with a working AC.
One more interesting hint: Book the baloon tours from Turquaz as they have their own baloons and it is almost twice cheaper than the normal baloon companies
I also ordered a 4x4 offroad Sunset Safari tour to Ortahisar from them. That was amazing

A magical experience
Pros:

Perfect, picturesque cave hotel run by a welcoming family who went out of their way to help us. Great views from the rooftop. We had two adjacent rooms for our family of 4 feels like a cave but with all the modern day luxuries!

Cons:

Loved everything.
