Perfekt gelegen tolle Suite super Service
Pros:

Perfekt gelegene Suite / große Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die ganze Wohnung hatte kleinen Balkon und es war Alles perfekt sogar jeden Tag kam die Reinigungskraft was uns gar nicht bewusst war. Der Parkservice war perfekt organisiert da es unmöglich ist in der Stadt zu Parken das Gebäude liegt auch in einer Fußgängerzone. Man checkt im Hotel Continental gegenüber ein und das Personal begleitet einen zu der Suite Wir kommen wieder perfekter Aufenthalt mit unserem großen Hund Jederzeit wieder

Cons:

Restaurant. Bediening was er met het hoofd niet goed bij. Bestelling werd vergeten. Klanten werden niet gezien. Pas toen wij er iets van zeiden herstelde de leiding de situatie. Kwaliteit van bepaalde gerechten niet goed.

Lage Zimmergröße, Ausstattung

Cons:

Klimaanlage trotz zweifacher Meldung an der Rezeption wirkungslos; im Zimmer im 5. Stock hatte es 28 ° C. Bei offenem Fenstern konnte man auf Grund des Lärms kaum schlafen ( Unser Appartement war in den Palace Suites).

Amazing experience, loved staying here and will stay again.
Pros:

The palace suites were everything you would expect. The rooms were immaculate and well thought out, and housekeeping was very attentive and thoughtful.

Bed was so comfortable, shower had right pressure although I was confused with the knobs but I figured it out. the balcony was awesome and clean along with everything in the suite.

Staying here gives you access to John Reed Fitness (photo of one of the staircases on this review). Have about 100 photos but my head is in it so just sharing the ones around close to the hotel. Trieste is so beautiful and this hotel is perfectly situated and you won’t want to leave.

The team that worked at reception for Palace Suites were very helpful, efficient and easy to deal with. Sabrina who was in the restaurant in the mornings was absolutely lovely to talk to and so efficient. She was very helpful and loved talking to her. A big asset to the hotel.

Overall, really loved my stay here and will stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the action of the city.

Cons:

Was confused on check in. The Palace Suites reception is combined with another hotel where you have breakfast. It was confusing after a long flight for me. Once I found it, everything was perfect.
