Lovely stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

The location, the facilities are great and the staff in the hotel is amazing!

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and the bar upstairs has a lovely atmosphere — it’s a beautiful space and a great addition to the experience. However, we did notice that the staff at the bar were not very friendly or flexible, which felt surprising given that we were also hotel guests.

After having a drink at the bar, we wanted to take our next glass — which we had already paid for — back to our room along with our dessert. Instead of simply allowing us to take the glass, we were told we could only use a plastic cup, and even the small spoon for the dessert was replaced with a plastic one. We tried to explain that we were staying in the hotel, but the staff didn’t seem to listen or show much willingness to help.

It would make a big difference if the bar team could be a little more welcoming and flexible with hotel guests. A warmer approach and a bit more understanding would really elevate the experience, especially since the bar itself is such a lovely space.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay — this is just a small area where we feel the service could be improved to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Excellent facility and excellent staff in every department.
Pros:

Lovely property. The reception staff was superb. They assisted us in getting replacement transportation from Podgorica to Skopje when our reserved car cancelled on us.

Cons:

Only that we couldn’t stay longer.

Lovely hotel. Very spacious and comfortable room. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful indoor pool and spa area. Great location. Sky Bar was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view.
