We had a lovely weekend and enjoyed Dartmouth.
Pros:

We didnt have breakfast, but we did eat in the evenings.
Both meals were nice.

Cons:

Disappointed that the jacquzzi wasnt working.
We also felt the driveway in, needs looking at.

They lied, changed my dates, and now everything is canceled without my knowledge. Nobody gave me back my money; in the end, I'm down £300 and have no holiday! Definitely do not recommend!

Strange hotel! Have to walk through bar and dining area after visiting spa! Not a comfortable feeling when a little wet

Cons:

Much further out of Dartmouth than advertised If you want to stay in a golf club fine!! Thought there would be more outside seating! A garden etc! Taxi into Dartmouth £20 each way Didn’t stay for the full length of our trip. Also dining and bar area were so understaffed! One lovely lad was trying his hardest at evening dining and breakfast the next morning! He needs a medal!!!

Lovely surroundings outside hotel. However, due to inside hotel would not return or recommend.

The 2 receptionists and staff in bar / food / breakfast were good and helpful.

The inside of property was more like a 2 star.

Asked a staff member in the ‘office’ for a toilet brush as not in bathroom. She was rude to me; and said no bathroom or this public hotel toilet had toilet brushes. If any room (toilet) needs cleaning she said we have to call receptionist and someone would come and clean toilet. (OMG what if this was 1am and 3am e.g. in morning).
When cleaning rooms I saw that 1 toilet brush is used to clean all rooms in hotel. The opinion is that by this being done this would spread infection etc from 1 room to all others (toilet).
